Policies & House Rules Pomona Oasis is located in a quiet neighborhood and is designed for families and groups looking to relax, not for parties. • Quiet hours: 9pm – 8 am (sports court lights turn off automatically at 9 pm) • No parties: Unauthorized gatherings will result in termination of stay and fees • No smoking or illegal drugs inside or outside • No unauthorized guests Pool Heating Available Sept–April for $100/day to 80-83°F (3-day minimum). Payment is requested before arrival. Internet Use High-speed WiFi provided. Guests may not illegally download content; violations result in fines. Security Exterior security cameras are in place at the front entryway, side driveway, and back gate for safety.
