아이 물리니 리조트(Resort I Mulini)

This resort has a locked gate and we weren’t certain if this was to keep people in or out. On entering the resort, the smell of brackish water was prevalent. The woman at the reception desk was curt and not welcoming. Our room as was 3-5 other rooms, mediocre without AC. There was one plastic table and two plastic chairs. We were unable to open a window as there were mosquitoes and flies with breaches in the screens. The shower head did not work the first night. There was NO room to put toiletries around the bathroom sink and one suitcase had to be on the floor The restaurant was lovely and the food very good. The wait staff was wonderful. We were with a small tour group and a few rooms were much better than ours. The swimming pool and grounds were suffering from attention they needed. This is not a four-star resort as advertised

The place smells horrible and it is full of mosquitoes, we were very disappointed!! The food they serve for breakfast was not fresh; the whole time we had the impression how overpriced this place is! We would advise to avoid this place, it was the worst accommodation we booked during our stay on Sicily…

The place somehow looks as on the pictures, but once you get there you will get overwhelmed by the terrible smell of sewage, which consequently attracts mosquitos and other bugs. No one warned us when we arrived, so we slept with an open window, to wake up in the middle of the night with more than 20 mosquitos in out room!! Needless to say we could not sleep at all! The staff serving breakfast was polite, they offer quite diverse meals, but the food is not fresh. Very low standards for a 4star hotel!

The hotel offers less than expected. As a Resort & Spa it's expected to have Resort's facilities and to be a spa which nothing more than swimming-pool was found. The service was the highlight, particularly at the breakfast, both Marco and Valentina did everything they could to make our experience the best. Congrats to this team!

Il Resort è ben organizzato nelle sue funzioni principali, camere comode, pulite e ben climatizzate. Il servizio ristorazione per il servizio di mezza pensione è comunque da migliorare. Il problema maggiore è sicuramente rappresentato dalla notevole presenza di alghe sulla spiaggia privata e dal divieto di balneazione nel tratto di spiaggia limitrofo, probabilmente da associare all'immissione di reflui domestici non depurati.

Location stupenda peccato la puzza di scarico nella zona mare e piscina. Colazione molto ricercata con prodotti freschi e locali. Personale colazioni molto preparato e gentile. Posizione molto tranquilla e allo stesso tempo.comoda per raggiungere il centro città. Camera spaziosa ma arredamento un po datato.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni in questa struttura. Il soggiorno in se è stato tranquillo e il personale è molto gentile ed educato, ma purtroppo la struttura non è all'altezza della categoria e del prezzo. La posizione è ottima se si vuole esplorare i dintorni di Trapani in auto. La struttura è bella e molto tranquilla, ma usciti dal cancello si è in piena periferia di Trapani/Erice, da un lato c'è la spiaggia ma dall'altra una zona industriale. Le cose che mi hanno infastidita di più oltre alle api e le veste nel buffet della colazione sono stati i costi aggiuntivi di piscina e spiaggia che tra l'altro non sono pulite a dovere. Gli asciugamani per la piscina sono a pagamento (5€ l'uno e con un orario di accesso alla piscina ridottissimo). La spiaggia privata della struttura è riservata ai clienti, ma se si vuole utilizzare sdraio ed ombrellone occorre pagare altri 20€ al giorno (eccessivi visto anche il costo delle camere!). Inoltre la spiaggia non è pulita: oltre a Posidonia e alghe (che si potrebbe dire sono lasciate dal mare) ci sono pezzi di plastica, cicche e altra immondizia, segno che la spiaggia non viene rastrellata a dovere e quotidianamente come si confà ad una struttura del genere. Stesso dicasi per la piscina dove i gabbiani (una decina) sguazzano liberamente e la pulizia si limita a raccogliere le penne che galleggiano una volta al giorno. Voi ci fareste fare il bagno ai vostri bambini? Un vero peccato che una struttura di questo livello non presti attenzione alla pulizia a dovere! Le camere anno qualche segno di usura, ma peccati minori.

Hôtel à éviter à tout prix. La ville est atroce (exceptée 3 rues das le centre ville). La zone autour de l’hôtel n’est autre qu’une horrible zone industrielle mal finie. L’endroit est mal entretenu, les chambres sont vieillottes et froides, mal agencées. Même la suite est affreuse. Personnel pas accueillant voire agressif. Beurk

Esperienza unica di soggiorno in un mulino Meraviglioso resort sul mare appena fuori Trapani, con vista sulle Egadi e su Erice. Il complesso e’ curatissimo e riservato , immerso in uno splendido giardino che si affaccia sul mare ed e’ composto da una serie di camere, una villa con piscina, e due mulini, con una bellissima piscina fronte mare. Abbiamo soggiornato all’interno di un vero mulino, in cui e’ ricavata una splendida e particolarissima suite, coccola e romantica, che ha reso la nostra vacanza un’esperienza davvero unica. Meraviglioso ammirare lo splendido tramonto sulle isole Egadi , sorseggiando del vino nella terrazza privata antistante il mulino. Squisita la cucina proposta nel ristorante che si affaccia sul giardino e la piscina, dove abbiamo gustato piatti particolari, serviti con cura e siamo stati seguiti con la massima gentilezza e professionalità. La location davvero unica, la bontà del cibo e la calorosa accoglienza da parte di tutto il gentilissimo personale hanno reso la nostra vacanza veramente speciale.
