Second day there a mouse was in my trash. Reported it to the front desk. They sent someone to look and he offered to put me in another room. I declined because it would be more of an inconvenience for me to try to move my family's belongings. My last morning as we are getting ready to leave, the mouse comes back. It goes to every location that the employee looked for it. When I checked out I let the front desk know that the mouse was back and they needed to put some traps out. No apology, no offer of any type of reimbursement, nothing.
