All children and adults regardless of age are considered a guest. This policy allows guests the benefit of hosting a larger party at a scalable price while ensuring fairness in pricing for the additional use of utilities, cleaning, and overall property wear. To avoid any discrepancies, guests must accurately enter the total number of people & pets staying at the property prior to booking. The host will review and verify the guest count before confirming the reservation, and it will be confirmed again at check-in. Any misrepresentation of the number of guests may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation without refund, or denial of access to the property. ACCESS: Each guest will be provided a custom lock code to enter the home once they provide an ID for renter verification and verify the number of guests and pets that will be staying. PETS: Pets are allowed and must be included when you submit your booking. We allow up to two dogs that are 50 lbs or less. There is an additional $100 pet fee. BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note that we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however, if you do run across any flies or critters please note that you are staying in a log cabin near a pasture. To help prevent this, please keep all doors and windows closed.
