아파르타멘토스 프렌테 알 마르 카르타헤나 - 에디피치오 팔메토(Apartamentos Palmetto - Frente Al Mar)

Out vacation stay was far from great. No cleaning was done in our apartment, no one came to greet us or advise who to contact if we had any problems. I came across a few problems and went to the reception only to be told to speak to the person I booked the room from. I tried explaining to them that I booked through ******* and they seemed not to know what that was. After some back amd forth they provided me with a name & number. Lady said that there was no cleaning service for the apartments. I expressed how weird that was since I’ve never booked a hotel/apartment with no cleaning service. We didn’t know how to use the safe, no new towels were given to us, no extra paper toilet, washer and dryer in the room weren’t working and to top it off apartment was full of cockroaches. Definitely not staying here again, since I complained they gave us a new set of towels but thats it they never fixed the washer or dryer and never provided us with trash bags which they told us they would give us.

There is a disconnect from the building staff and apartment owners. I met only 1 receptionist that was helpful and friendly. The building guards tried scamming me. Will never stay here again.

It was my second stay in six months and staff friendliness and service are at the top of my appreciations.

There are a few things I didn’t like that should be mentioned up front to the guest before the chose to stay there. 1. The shows had NO hot water for the first three days and when they finally showed up to fixed it, the water took approximately 10 to 15 minutes to get hot that only lasted 2 minutes. 2. The TV’s didn’t work, the Wi-Fi connection to get the TV channels working was unable to provide a good continuous signal therefore the TV spent all night trying to connect. 3. They told us the dryer didn’t work but the washer did. The dryer should have been checked and repaired if needed before we arrived. 4. The Gym equipment was very out dated and unsafe for the user. Example the thread mill were slipping causing you to go off balance and can easily fall and get seriously injured. 5. They have 3 elevators but the most of the time there only one elevator was working for a building with approximately 40 floors, needless to say it took about 10 to 15 minutes just to get up and down the building. I love the fact that it’s located feet from the ocean. The security at the door did an awesome job to be sure the people accessing the building did belong in the building. 6. The pool was unacceptable for hours at a time but we were never given the pool schedule upon arrival. That has to change to avoid the guess showing up and denied access to the pool. 7. The showers I recommend be redesigned to avoid mopping after each use, due to the excess water accumulated

Pesimo, es una estafa, reserva realizada con Booking,con una semana de anticipación a mi llegada con una reserva confirmada y con una petición aceptada desde un inicio para check-in y check-out , me dicen: que pena con ud no se puede! Después de tener el respaldo de que si podia llegar a la hora señalada con mi familia.

La señora Vanesa con quién hicimos la reserva desde hace un mes una grosera llegamos y no tenía disponible el apartamento que habíamos separado pagando en forma anticipada el 50 por ciento, nos dejó tiradas y salió y se fue que a conseguir lo que faltaba para asignarnos otro. Se fue nunca volvió ni contesto las llamadas. Una vergüenza social está señora.
