While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring: - Bath Soaps/Shampoo/Conditioner - Toothpaste - Condiments/Seasonings - Toilet Paper - Paper Towels - Suntan Lotion/Sunblock - Clothes Hangers - Garbage Bags - Laundry Detergent - Dishwashing Detergent - Beach Towels . You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old. If your group is unrelated, the average age must not be less than 28 years old. - No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, etc.. - No smoking in or on-premise. - Pets allowed with an additional pet fee ($250 per pet).
