모텔 6 칼스바드 이스트(Motel 6 Carlsbad, CA - Near Legoland)

Our stay was nice and relaxing, which was the reason for getting away. The room was pleasant and very clean. And the bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby. There weren't many amenities, but they did have the most important one, as far as I'm concerned, the beautiful swimming pool. I was very inviting. And the customer service was great. Very friendly, professional staff. I would definitely recommend Motel 6, to my friends and family.

We love the staff and quiet easygoing quiet surroundings (except for the freeway side. Still has never kept us awake.

I stayed for 3 nights . Microwave and refrigerator and phone didn’t work . The manager came and took a look and left . There was boogers and poop stains in bathroom wall . I was a little bummed because we didn’t get to reheat our food and keep our drinks fresh .

The bathroom shower curtains didn't prevent the shower water from splashing onto the walls and floor causing mold to develop on the walls. As for the shower nozzle, it was discharging more water than Niagara Falls. I also don't understand the design of the shower head because the water would hit the back of the shower wall which would then leak downwards outside of the shower area. The floor of the rooms could also use a good mopping every so often. Carlsbad Motel 6 is pet-friendly, unfortunately, many pet owners did not pick up after their pets, and you'll see a lot of animal droppings throughout the property.

Super nice staff, helpful very quickly when we had an issue with the TV in the room. Room was cleaned each day but still found a handful of little bugs. A few earwigs and some little unknown beetles. Only in the bathroom area, not on any furniture or in the sleeping area so I just smooshed them and moved on. Even though they cleaned the rooms it felt like there was sand or dirt on the floors constantly, even when we first walked in. Just a downside of wood flooring I think.

I’m not sure if the housekeepers actually clean the rooms. And there’s always excess hair in the linen and sheets which may be theirs. and every time I sweep it’s always lots of hair

I stayed here last week until Friday in 1 of 8 rooms selected as handicap with handicap parking directly in front of them on the frontside of the building. I told the manager on Friday I would be back on Monday for 5 nights and I requested a handicap room on the frontside again. I also made the request on my reservation. When I checked in on Monday I was made aware that rooms were given to other people checking in on the same day as me. It was important because of my disabilities to have parking next to my room. I was put on the side of the building without convenient parking and as far down as 20 cars from my room. My request was totally ignored.
