Travelodge Carlisle Central

Lovely situated Hotel just one street away from hustle and bustle of Carlisle Centre. Staff are friendly rooms are spotless, highly recommend staying there

Good location and nice hotel

The staff worked hard to ensure our visit was enjoyable. A shortage of towels and no hand washing soap were the first issues. They fixed the problems and gave us 2 free breakfasts. The next day there was again a shortage of towels as well as a lack of shampoo/body wash in the shower dispenser. Again we were offered 2 free breakfasts. Compared to the lack of customer care in the Lincoln Centre Travel Lodge where we had been the previous day, the staff in this Travel Lodge went above and beyond their responsibilities. Well done

Stayed in the hotel while on a work trip. Suckina and boak made sure dinner was really nice. Excellent service. Parking is abit tight but suckina directed me to the nearest car park. The rooms are very good and some come with a bath. Overall good experience

Absolutely best hotel I've ever stayed in for work, all the staff are amazing especially Sukina and Boak, breakfast is amazing and so is the evening meal, parking is touch and go on the front, but with two car parks close by it's not so bad.....

Comfy beds and good food! Good showers as water pressure is key!!! Staff very helpful and friendly also. Would definitely recommend to anyone else to stay at travel lodge Carlisle. Breakfast was also very good. I am sure I will be visiting again soon

Very pleasant one night stay. Accessible room. I am disabled and was impressed by the whole experience.

I haven't stayed at the hotel as yet but I want to mention how helpful 2 members of staff have been. Mitchell and Blylock helped me over the phone to change the dates of our bookings as I was having difficulty on my app. They were both very helpful and managed to swap the dates for me. Many thanks again.
