이 멋진 호텔에서 또 다른 멋진 숙박. 객실은 평소와 같이 깨끗하고 넓고 완벽한 수건 교체와 매일 청소되었습니다. 위치는 관광 및 쇼핑 요법에 이상적입니다. 아침 식사는 영국에서 최고이며 모든 취향 과식이 요구 사항이 충족됩니다. 예외없이 모든 직원은 정중하고 유쾌하며 효율적이며 매우 도움이됩니다. 우리의 장애 딸이 방문에 우리를 동반, 객실 시설 및 이동성 측면에서 제공되는 시설은 매우 쾌적하고 스트레스 무료 숙박을했다. 호텔 전역에서 무료 Wi-Fi가 제공됩니다. 우리의 다음 방문을 기대하는 또 다른 멋진 숙박을 위해 Holiday Inn에 감사드립니다.

Great location. Lobby area nice and a good breakfast. BUT Our room was on Level 5 and it desperately needed updating plus a deep clean. It faced outwards and caught the sun in the afternoon so it was really warm at night and all we had was a small desk fan wafting warm air around. We couldn’t leave the window open as it was far too noisy outside and I was still woken up every morning at 5am by bin lorries and loud bangs with the window closed. No courtesy bottle of water in the room but apparently you’re safe to drink the water from the bathroom tap! I got such a lengthy patronising talk from what I presume was the manager for asking if we could have a bottle of water after seeing a box of them on reception! Most members of staff were friendly but he was just irritating. At checkout I wasn’t even asked how our stay was and I would’ve liked to reiterate how awful the room was I had told a previous staff person on the first day and I was told they were so busy and fully occupied they don’t have time to update and maintain rooms?!? Very odd response to me but I didn’t want to do prolong the debate. I just found it all really disappointing and for that reason will not be staying there again.

I arrived at the hotel late, close to 9pm, in the pouring rain, walking over from the train station with bags on cobblestone streets. On Google maps, the distance looks manageable but in wet weather and the dark, I had second thoughts. Nonetheless, the service and room standards made up for everything. They managed to fix me a room service dinner past 10pm, and it was really good lamb shanks on mashed potatoes. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean and I just sank into the best sleep of my whole work trip. The hot water pressure was strong. I went down for a super early breakfast the next morning, and the service staff at the breakfast stations were super friendly. The spread was a veritable feast, and they explained what black pudding was - I actually enjoyed it. There were vegetarian options available and the coffee machine dispensed really good cappuccino. One thing to mention was the wifi in the room. I had to do a business video call for an hour and I lost connection twice. I suppose the bandwidth was not designed for long video calls, so guests may want to prepare back-up connection if they need internet for work.

가장 편안한 숙박! 내 아내와 첫 결혼 기념일이었던 것에 따라 훌륭한 Tricia가 리셉션에서 인사를 받았습니다. 그녀는 우리에게 두 개의 무료 음료 바우처를주었습니다. 방은 아름답고 깨끗했습니다. 주목할 유일한 사소한 결함은 여전히 립스틱이있는 유리가 있었지만 우리에게는 큰 문제가 아니 었습니다. 수영장 / 자쿠지는 사랑스럽고 오후 6시에도 너무 바빴습니다. 하루 종일 수영장에 행복하게 머물 렀을 것입니다! 우리는 저녁에 식당에서 음식을 먹었습니다. 크리쉬는 내가 가진 최고의 것으로 가장 아름다운 마가리타를 만들었습니다! 서비스는 훌륭했고 아무것도 기다리지 않았습니다. 우리의 체류를 철저히 즐겼고 우리는 돌아 오기를 기다릴 수 없습니다. 직원은 회사와 호텔에 절대적인 신용입니다!

I stayed here for a business trip for one week. The room seemed to be clean but it is so dark that you can’t really tell if it is clean or not. That’s actually an issue - the lightening is bad. I couldn’t really work in the room since it had only a yellow ambient lightening and not a normal main source of light. The bathroom can be slightly cold if you don’t leave the door open so that warm air from the A/C can enter. It is shameful that they don’t have a breakfast included, especially for long stays in the hotel which is not so cheap and out of the center… at least one small sandwich would make things better, but nop 👎🏼. Another thing is that the area is not very nice. Unless you have to do something in that area, i don’t recommend you to stay. I was even told by taxi drivers to not walk around alone after it gets dark. Before I knew that, I did take a walk and it really felt a bit unsafe. The staff was ok, I didn’t have much contact with them. Only had an incident when I arrived - they couldn’t find me in their system (it was booked under other name by mistake but I actually changed it a week before arrival so I don’t know why they didn’t have updated information). There is a small gym, but almost all machines, except one, are for cardio exercises. Almost no restaurants or shops in the area.

Caerphilly Suite는 흠이 없었고 각 침실은 아늑하고 넓습니다. 소파 침대가 어떻게 작동해야 할지 잘 모르겠지만 우리에게는 중요하지 않았습니다. 우리는 너무 편안한 침대를 사용하게되어 기뻤습니다! 스위트룸에는 냉장고, 전자레인지, 접시, 수저, 머그, 안경, 다양한 차와 스낵, 냉장고에 무료 신선한 우유가 구비되어 있습니다! 욕실은 사랑스러운 깨끗한 수건, 사용할 세면 도구로 반짝 반짝 빛나고 카디프 중심에 있음에도 불구하고 밤새 외부에서 우리를 괴롭히는 소음은 없었습니다. 우리 모두는 매우 푹 잤습니다. 실온도 완벽하게 계획된 것 같았습니다. 우리 중 누구도 너무 덥거나 너무 춥지 않았습니다!! 아 그리고 마지막으로 중요한 것은 WiFi가 훌륭하게 작동합니다! Steve는 특히 예약에 약간의 잘못된 의사 소통이 있었기 때문에 매우 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 나는 주저하지 않고 Inn Cardiff를 추천하고 가장 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. Bute와 중심가에서 매우 가까운 완벽한 위치입니다. 훌륭한 숙박에 감사드립니다!
