We spent just 2 nights here on a whirlwind Amalfi Coast tour after biking in Tuscany for a week. The location is perfectly out of the way but a short and easy walk to shopping, restaurants and the beautiful Giarduni di August. The front desk staff could not be more helpful and concerned regarding arranging luggage pickup and a guide to help us get to the ferry and retrieve our luggage. They also had the best restaurant suggestions for dinner. Breakfast was beautiful. There was a buffet for meat, cheeses, fruit, pastries and yogurt, plus menu options.

This lovely guest house on Capri is a gem! Located a short four minute walk from the very center of Capri, the Piazzetta, the Fuorlovado 40 guest house (the name is the same as its address) is clean, equipped with modern conveniences (WiFi; good water pressure; efficient A/C; with a nice little private terrace) and conveniently located near the heart of Capri for shopping, dining, or beautiful walks overlooking the sea along Capri’s south shore. The best part of our stay was the friendly and informative communication with the guest house manager, Antonio, who provided a helpful stream of information via WhatsApp about our reservation and our stay. Antonio helpfully arranged for us to leave our bags at the guest house in the morning after we arrived on an early ferry from Sorrento. That arrangement worked perfectly, and we were able to explore Anacapri with day-tripping friends until mid-afternoon. We then returned to the guest house, where Antonio greeted us with a small welcome basket of drinks and treats, along with his personal recommendations on places to eat, drink, or get the best views on Capri. He is a gracious and amiable host, with friendly and informed advice about how to enjoy a stay on this beautiful island. For our departure date, Antonio arranged convenient and seamless luggage pickup from our room that was reasonable and reliable. We really appreciate his advice and arrangements! Our only regret is that we had just one night to stay in this beautiful guest house. We plan to return, and hopefully for two or even three nights, to allow ample time for walking the beautiful trails up to Villa Jovis, down to the Marina Piccola…..or to enjoy a Spritz at one of the places with a view that Antonio recommends.

Giovanni는 정문 바로 바깥에 있는 버스에 대해 우리에게 말했고, 이 버스는 당신을 카프리와 아나카프리로 데려다 줍니다. (팁 - 아침 일찍 아나카프리로 가는 버스를 타지 않는 한, 만차가 되어 호텔을 바로 지나갈 것이기 때문에 마리나까지 걸어가서 타야 합니다.) 위치는 이보다 더 좋을 수 없었습니다. 마리나 그란데에서 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다(도착 시 택시가 필요하지 않음). 멋진 오후와 수영을 즐기기에 이상적인 Capri Inn 바로 건너편에 작은 해변이 있습니다.

Came to Capri as part of our honeymoon and came to stay at this hotel. Upon arriving, Luca greeted us with open arms and a refreshing drink. The hotel itself is very comfortable, centrally-located, and has all the proper amenities for a great stay. Highly commend Luca on providing an amazing service that has surpassed all our expectations. P.S. if you are planning to do a Blue Grotto excursion, please be aware that weather conditions change frequently throughout the day. Unfortunately, one downside was that the hotel failed to advise us on the cancelation that day, and we made a trip to Capri Harbour for no reason.

Great value nice big room, the best is that the hotel is not a big walk up and down the hill so to walk to town is easy. Strategically positioned within 8 mins of Prada lol but seriously. Total peace total quite. The pool is positioned perfect to give you option of sun and shade. The people working the pool did a great job allowing kids to play but not to the point it became annoying for My wife and I yo enjoy our adult trip. Hotel was a great value. I would take the sky team to the top and walk to hotel to save €50. I did an hour walk each morning while the city was still sleeping which was amazing! All the little wiring roads with so much to explore. The hotel staff worked as a team and always accommodating to any need. The person that look after the bar worked many hours always with a smile ready to greet me with a pink adult beverage to take the edge off. The price was right too!

Couples, families, and people looking for peace and tranquility BEWARE. We had an awful stay at Hotel Mamela. Online, this hotel appears to be a romantic and peaceful venue. However, it is much more of a young party scene. We would not recommend for anyone honeymooning or going on a romantic holiday. On the last night of our stay, management hosted an outdoor party with over 100 people. Loud music and strobe lights went well past midnight. The light and music flooded into every hotel room, making sleep impossible. The vast majority of party guests were NOT hotel guests. Groups of 21-30 year olds were clearly recruited to come party and drink for free at the hotel. It was a rave-like atmosphere that was not advertised or made known to any of the guests until the middle of our 5-day stay. We were told at checkout that someone would reach out to us to discuss this issue, but they never did. We reached out with four polite emails after that, but were ignored. The management at this hotel clearly cares more about getting their male employees laid than about their guests or their stay. If we didn't know any better, we would suspect that a few 19-year old fraternity ”bros” from a United States College were running the hotel. We live in Manhattan and are used to noise. However, this unannounced party full of social media influencers was beyond any disturbance we've ever experienced. The lack of professionalism from the staff, especially management, ruined our holiday.

Comfortable and stylish hotel right in the centre of Capri. Really helpful and friendly staff, who organised our transfers to and from Naples airport and recommended local restaurants as the hotel restaurant is not open in the evenings. We had a smallish room, but a big balcony overlooking the sea and everything was very clean and comfortable. Lovely hotel pool and gardens too.
