Nice stay. Hotel is literally steps away from the beach. I could hear the tidal waves from my room. The complementary breakfast is in voucher form useable in a few cafes along the beach at any time of day, which is really nice. The wifi can be unstable at times but overall usable for zoom meetings.

We enjoyed our stay at Fairways on the Bay. We could see the ocean from our porch. I loved that they gave us breakfast vouchers for different cafe's so we could try new ones every morning. Parking was safe and secured. The only things that could be done better is to have waters in the room, and maybe umbrella's for the guest house. It rained quite heavily and the parking isn't under a roof so we got a bit wet.

Definitely not up to standard - broken lampshades and cupboards, bed in need of replacement, couldn't fit in the shower, no breakfast on site, very little communication with guests. Obviously used a good photographer.

Rooms were comfortable although windows could not shut tight which was inconvenient as it was cold and very windy: even the curtains were moving when drawn. One was aware of every sound other guests were making, even into the early hours of the morning. Breakfasts vouchers were great, especially since one could use them any time of the day.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. You are right in the heart of camps bay and 50m from the beach. You are also about 10m drive from lions head and 12 from table mountain. The rooms themselves were a bit dated but the staff were great and we spent very little time in the room anyway.
