Full two car garage with access to an ocean kayak, beach chairs, beach toys, gas grill and a 4 person Bicycle perfect for the short trip to the beach or take it to town. The main floor layout is very open including a large center island kitchen fully stocked for all of your culinary needs. The house can seat 12 for dinner: 8 at the dining room table and four in the kitchen. The main level also includes a spacious living room with sectional sofa, large flat screen TV, and large sun deck perfect for happy hour. The third floor is fondly called the Osprey Nest and boasts a full wet bar with mini fridge, table for four perfect for a card game or board game after dinner, and a large pull out sofa. Take in the water views from here or enjoy a quiet space to read your favorite book. Owners are members of Bay Creek Country Club. Renters have access to the private gym, outdoor pools with water slide, private beaches and renowned golf course (additional fees for gym, golf, and pool do apply per Bay Creek).
