CM 마요르카 팰리스 호텔 - 어른 전용(Cm Mallorca Palace - Only Adults)

On arrival we were greeted by friendly reception staff and offered a welcome drink! Great customer service from the get go! The decor and smell of the reception area was beautiful and very clean. Our room (3109) was very clean and spacious with a balcony and view of the gardens/pool. The only downside was the beds were uncomfortable and the room was very stuffy when the A/C was turned off. I called reception regarding this and was advised the A/C had been turned off for the season. This was disappointing. The pool area was beautiful and very peaceful. The sun loungers were very comfortable and plenty to choose from. Food and drink from the pool bar was very reasonably priced. We also used the lovely indoor pool and sauna/steam room. The hotel also offers massages at a reasonable price. We stayed on a half board basis and both breakfast and dinner was lovely and there was always plenty choice. At breakfast time, Amanda was always very welcoming and cooked omelettes etc in front of you. At dinner time, a variety of meats / fish could be chosen and again cooked fresh by Amanda. The tables were attractively set and there was an option to sit outdoors too, which was nice. There was entertainment at 2100 hours each evening and this was very enjoyable. Our personal favourite was Clave! We used the public bus and travelled to Manacor where we visited the Rafa Nadal museum...highly recommend. For tennis fans, there is a tennis club across the road from the hotel. This is called Sunball tennis. We played here for 20 euro per hour. This hotel is set in a quiet resort and is perfect for those wanting a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Sa Coma beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend to others. If the bed had been comfier and the AC on... we would have given a 5* review.

The management at this hotel clearly understands that great customer service is the golden key to its success. When we walked through the doors on our arrival we knew instantly that we'd made the right decision. The welcome from receptionist Sharon was warm,friendly and helpful - we received a speedy response from Sharon to our email sent earlier. This level of courteousness was extended throughout our stay by all members of staff. The location of the Mallorcan Palace is superb; a perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Sa Coma. It is modern, meticulously maintained and beautifully designed. We were impressed with the tasteful interior features. Our Premium Room #2003 on the ground floor was perfect- it was spacious, with a nice large balcony, furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs. The bed was super comfy bed, lots of storage space, a roomy bathroom with a powerful shower. It was immaculately maintained and all sundries replenished daily. We chose half board and the food was top rate -  both breakfast and dinner offered a variety of dishes and everything we sampled was delicious and many of our favourites were on offer. The tables were attractively set and the service, friendly and efficient. We cannot recall every member of staff by name though they include Sharon, Jenny, Monica, Miguel, Abdel, Karim and the rest! ... without exception all staff are a credit to the hotel, their professionalism and friendliness greatly enhanced our visit. Our thanks to everyone who helped make our October break a memorable . Our  reluctant departure is tomorrow and we leave thinking "yes, Paradise Hotel does exist'' - a little over dramatic perhaps but then our experience was pretty close to heavenly!

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything was amazing. Such hard working and dedicated staff who were so friendly and could not do enough to help. Cleanliness was outstanding, breakfast was amazing. Highly, highly recommended. I celebrated my birthday when on holiday, they had a special decorated table, 2 waiters sang and had a cake for me. Such a very special occasion. Thank you CM Mallorca Palace.

Leider kann ich die angegebenen fünf Sterne für dieses Hotel nicht bestätigen. Während das Personal äußerst freundlich ist und das Büffet eine akzeptable Vielfalt bietet, fehlt es an vielen Details, die für ein Fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis selbstverständlich sein sollten. Besonders enttäuschend ist der Wellnessbereich, der eher abschreckend als erholsam ist. Der Raum wirkt lieblos und unaufgeräumt, und die einzige Dusche sieht nicht einladend aus. Auch der Room Service lässt zu wünschen übrig und erledigt nur das Nötigste. In den Zimmern fehlen grundlegende Ausstattungsmerkmale wie Föhn und hochwertige Handtücher. Die Duschbadewanne wirkt abgenutzt und weist hygienische Mängel auf, während der Handtuchhalter instabil ist. Alles in allem entspricht dieses Hotel nicht dem Standard, den man von einer Fünf-Sterne-Unterkunft erwartet.

This is an excellent hotel and worth its 5 stars. The staff were all excellent as are the food and accommodation. The food at the beach bar and the buffet restaurant is all great and also look forward to going back to the Es Moli restaurant attached which is worth a visit. We stayed for 2 week August 2023 and have just stayed for a week in April this year and we are returning later this year for 2 weeks. Can't wait and can't praise this hotel enough.

L’hôtel est top, l’équipe est top ( merci genny ), annulation de vol ils nous ont trouver une solution pour nous proposer une autre chambre pour une nuit supplémentaire, la nourriture est excellente, on reviendra sans hésité. Merci

I came here with my husband. This a 5 star hotel with 5 star service. The rooms are spacious and clean and has all manner of essential necessities . We stayed for 8 days half board. The food was excellent, good quality and variety to suit all taste. There is entertainment most evenings which is hit and miss according to taste. As well as outdoor pools, there is an indoor pool, sauna and steam room and gym. The staff are amazing nothing is too much for them, always smiling.

Super hôtel avec un personnel adorable , efficace et toujours aux petits soins Cependant un bémol les dîners sont trop tôt … et s’arrêtent trop tôt également… je crois 6h30 / 9 h si je me rappelle bien ! Mais c’est pas grave les repas sont bons Bref très bon séjour

We could change the pillows to a shape sleeping pillow. The choice and the food quality at the breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We had dinner 3 times at the resort and we really enjoyed it.
