호텔 함브로스 일 파르코(Hotel Hambros - Il Parco in Villa Banchieri)

First you impressions of this hotel were good as seen from the adjacent independent restaurant. The disappointment came later and started with the staff of the pool - and others who perhaps need a little ongoing training on civilities towards guests. The night staff perfect and welcoming. Perhaps the entry to the hotel with its over full trash containers and bottles on the drive accentuate the pride of the management . The room, again first impressions good, but it is obvious that attention to detail is amiss . Tea and coffee facilities present, but no cups ( only two fragile plastic cups unable to stand hot water). The bathroom neat and tidy, but the shower caked in calcium. Breakfast; an array of uninteresting and not entirely fresh (croissant quite stale). Unfortunately, not a good experience .

Check in was easy, fast and fun. I felt welcomed here. The hotel driveway is a long country estatesk lane. Once upon the building, the gate requires a second glance than a closer look. The hotel is eclectic and unusual. It is clean, and comfortable. A total surprise. Staying here as a landing point between Nice and Rome. Decent choice.

We had an amazing holiday at Hotel Hambros. The staff, the pool, the location, the breakfast and restaurant. Guido and Stefania at the front of house went above and beyond to help us and Susan by the pool was a ray of sunshine every day and couldn’t do enough for us. If we had any type of problem or question or concern everyone was quick to be of service to us and help us out. No problem was to big and we were made to feel so welcome. We will definitely be coming back again.

Nice rooms and very clean, tea and coffee not replenished in the three days of our stay. Continental breakfast was plentiful but could have done with a bit more variety.

Lovely hotel within its own grounds with long driveway and private parking . Only stayed one night passing through so used the restaurant next door which was lovely. Only couple minor issues housekeeping need to check a little more thoroughly , half opened bottle water in fridge , bathroom tiles showing toothpaste from previous occupants and opened shower gel filled with water , minor issues only . Staff very helpful and friendly . Lovely location

Luogo totalmente insicuro. Rottura vetro e furto di oggetti personali mentre ero al Ristorante Canaiolo annesso all'Hotel. Parcheggio totalmente incustodito nonostante la segnaletica e il sito Internet declamino gloriosamente la Privacy, il presidio e la sicurezza delle aree. Sistema di videosorveglianza non funzionante o telecamere oscurate. Gestori incuranti dell'accaduto nonostante un anno di lettere da parte del mio avvocato. Se dovete andarci o non trovate di meglio, prendete un Taxi.

Bellissimo hotel in Villa, alle porte di Lucca, a cui si accede tramite un viale alberato. Sistemazione in camera ottima, pulizia eccellente e letto super. Quel che risalta è la tranquillità del posto, non si sentono auto sulla strada e tutto è molto silenzioso. Buona colazione a buffet. Il personale alla reception è professionale ma soprattutto gentilissimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Hotel molto accogliente, camere molto pulite e recentemente rinnovate. Location molto comoda alla città ma nel contempo immersa nel verde, nel silenzio più totale. Parco molto curato. Colazione di buona qualità, ma poco assortimento e scelta, sopratutto nel salato. Per una tappa durante i viaggi di lavoro, ci tornerò nuovamente di sicuro.

Ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in questo splendido hotel 4 stelle durante un viaggio di lavoro e non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio! L'hotel si trova in una posizione perfetta, immerso in un bellissimo parco privato che offre pace e tranquillità dopo una giornata di lavoro intensa. La mia camera era spaziosa e arredata con gusto, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La piscina era un vero e proprio paradiso, perfetta per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro. Ho apprezzato molto anche il parcheggio privato dell'hotel, che mi ha permesso di lasciare la macchina in tutta sicurezza e comodità. Il personale dell'hotel è stato eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attento ad ogni mia esigenza. La colazione era deliziosa, con una vasta selezione di prodotti freschi e di alta qualità. In sintesi, questo hotel è un'oasi di comfort che consiglio vivamente a chiunque viaggi per lavoro o per piacere. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!
