I am going to put the email that I have written and that we never had an answer I am writing to express my disappointment with our dining experience at your restaurant today. While we appreciated the service and the initial recommendations made by the staff, we were extremely surprised by the final bill, which amounted to 305 euros—far beyond what we expected based on the menu prices. Here are the main concerns:       1.    Overcharging for Additional Croquettes: We asked if it was possible to adjust the portion from 6 to 8 croquettes since we were four people. We were told it was no problem, yet we were charged for two full portions just to add two extra pieces.       2.    Unauthorized and Excessive Meat Order: The waiter recommended the chuleta, and we requested part of it to be well-done for my pregnant wife. Instead, without informing us properly, we were served two portions of 1 kg each, costing 90 euros per portion—an excessive amount that we did not ask for. We ended up leaving more than half of it uneaten.       3.    Unrequested Dish for My Wife: The waiter insisted on serving her wild boar instead of the well-done chuleta we originally requested. While she appreciated the suggestion, we were unaware that this would be an additional charge of 25 euros.       4.    Bread Charges: Multiple portions of bread were brought to our table without us requesting them. The last portion remained untouched. At no point were we informed of the final quantities or the associated costs of these recommendations. As a result, we feel misled and unfairly charged for food that was neither requested nor properly communicated. We kindly ask you to review this situation and provide us with an explanation for these charges. We would appreciate a resolution, as this experience left us feeling deceived rather than welcomed.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel during a road trip in the Pyrenees for one night without an advance booking. We found the staff friendly and our room at the front of the hotel afforded a superb view of the mountains. Our bathroom was dated and in need of renovation but the bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning in the room which was a slight issue in July! The rustic communal areas of the hotel were pleasant and clean. The food in the evening at the hotel restaurant was ok, with three choices for each course. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Cela fait 10 ans que nous louons 4 jours en demi pension, au mois d'août ; La chambre est toujours agréable, mais depuis le rachat de l'hôtel, l'amateurisme est de rigueur, la nourriture qui était raffinée est devenue horrible, pire que dans une cantine, le personnel est non professionnel et se comporte "comme à la maison" sans respect pour la tranquillité des clients, le directeur est arrogant. C'est bien dommage, mais nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet hôtel.

La habitación muy limpia, amplia, bien ventilada y silenciosa; climatizada, baño con secador y se puede llevar al perro; zona de paseo perro y parking. El personal de recepción, cocina y sala ¡una maravilla! Las cenas ÉPICAS. Volveré 100%

Precioso hotel con encanto. Sencillo y acogedor. El trato del personal es EXCELENTE. Especialmente Estrella en recepción, Ana en el restaurante o el señor del bar. Limpísimo todo. Ha sido una estancia increíble acompañada de mucha nieve!!!!

Ciertamente sigue siendo un Encanto de Hotel y un Hotel con Encanto ( por su solera,por su ubicación, por su cocina y sobre todo por TODO su personal, dirección, recepción, camarero/as,encargado de cafetería..) da gusto el trato, la familiaridad con la que te tratan ,todo facilidades y eso te hace sentir como en casa,no me extraña que siga siendo la referencia de la Estación
