Although the hotel has its glory days behind it, it is really clean and in my opinion well managed. During my stay, the guests were mostly retirees from the UK and middle-aged couples with or without children. The rooms are spacious enough, large balconies with a view of the ocean. The location is very good in the case of renting a car, I always rent a car at the airport so that I can freely explore the island, although there are few free parking spaces in the area, just drive around the promenade a bit and you can always find a parking space. The hotel's strong point is the kitchen. Breakfasts are standard full English and Spanish, while lunches and dinners are varied. Every other day or maybe every day there are theme nights, in my opinion the best was the Asian evening, with a full selection of sushi. Desserts also in a sugar-free version. As for alcohol, if anyone is interested, the bartenders, especially in the show bar during the performance, really do their job, they don't mess around with serving drinks to the ml, they just pour from the heart as you expect, they do it efficiently and quickly. minus for the fact that the gym is rather makeshift and young people have nothing to look for here. If it weren't for the fact that the weather during my stay was rather rainy and we didn't spend much time at the hotel, I would probably use the facility more. The animators are young and tried very hard. A big plus for the animators during the mini disco, who knew how to entertain the kids.

Excellent value for money. Back home to the freezing cold and having to make my own meals haha. To anyone thinking of or have booked for the first time. We booked this as a last minute deal at the end of November and this would be my review. I am a very fussy eater and had no issues with the food lovely fresh salads, cold meats, grilled meats, pasta meals and other dishes. Desserts lunch and evening aswell as fresh fruits and yogurts. Very varied and also themes nights. On an evening there is either a whippy icecream machine or chocolate fountain. Snacks available also throughout the day. Loved the paella by the pool. Vodka is drinkable and I buy coke zero out of shop next door to go in it or the vending machine, i haven't tried the draught mixers to be fair but even in pubs at home I always go for a can or bottle for mixer. Larger is canny. Hotel is a bit dated but clean and plenty of entertainment going on day and night and the team and acts are really good. Location Spanish area and they struggle to understand the English. Few Spanish bars and restraunts in walking distance as well as shops and a small shopping mall. *****In September I paid well over a grand each for a week on Rhodes, yes the room was lovely but couldn't eat the food .... I couldn't eat anything for breakfast, a slice of pizza for lunch and had to eat out each night as food was soo bad and the flies, don't ask. I couldnt drink the vodka or coke there so had to buy my own. Over all great little week away and would I come back definately.

Stayed 17-24 Dec for some winter sun and what a lovely breakaway for little money, staff all friendly and work tirelessly, food in the main restaurant was very good, to have baked salmon, smoked salmon, lamb chops, steak, king prawns,roast beef etc.. during my stay how can anyone knock the kitchen for their output of some very tasty meals and the Mr Whippy ice cream machine was a hit with all Yes the standard rooms are dated and showing signs of wear, we were allocated room 356 which was fine with a very powerful shower over a shallow bath. Basic complimentary toiletries in the room. Tv in room around 7 British channels Now to the pools we used the adults only pool with its infinity pool (located across the road) which is very modern and has a self serve drinks station including beer and soft drinks. Snacks are in a fridge and are restocked through the day, sandwiches, yoghurts, fresh fruits. Life guard on duty The main pool is mainly focused on families and has a greater selection of snacks through the day and a staffed full bar Entertainment at night is good and I enjoyed the Elton John tribute, and the circus show I had no reason to complain during my stay as the hotel and hard working team are an asset to the hotel. My expectations were surpassed for a 3 star hotel that offers soo much to it guests It’s worth a bus ride out to Candelaleria for around 1.8€ each way and also a bus ride to Santa de Cruz The Tui reps are in the hotel daily if you need assistance or would like to book a excursion if that’s your thing I would stay again and would hire a car so that I could explore other parts of the island at my own pace

This is our 3rd time here. Check in was quick and easy given room 315 which has a HUGE bed and clean and spacious room with free air-conditioning. Food is great you will never go hungry here and the bottles of chilled water in the fridge was a nice touch. Other drinks are available in the restaurant too the staff are so lovely and can't do enough for you in there. Pools are clean there is a family pool behind hotel with activities going off throughout the day and a poolside bar and a snack area for burgers, & hotdogs. We used the over 16s pool located at the opposite side of the front of hotel has infinity pool and a pull your own drinks area. Drinks are limited not much to choose from if your a lager/,beer drinker but could have house spirits. Entertainment areas the poolside bar doubles as the outdoor evening bar where there was a dj and often a singer too. The indoor entertainment area is upstairs on level 1 a big room with a bar and has a variety of shows we saw Elvis and Kool & the gang also a balancing act/show The main issue with the hotel is it's location, literally a hotel in the middle of a housing estate nothing much around so feels a little isolating if you like something more than staying in and around the hotel. At the end of the day you get what you pay for.

Stayed here beginning of January, one week. Rooms basic but comfortable The hotel is in a built up residential area, so nothing really around it. But there is a nice walk along the promenade to the right of the hotel. We booked a premium room, 8th floor. It was quiet. Rooms lower than this can be noisy. Big supermarket to the left of the hotel. Wine was so poor here we needed to buy our own, but it was nicely priced at the supermarket. Soft drinks can be purchased at the supermarket too. 3rd night we was locked out on our balcony by the maid who hadnt see us there, so we spent a couple of hrs trying to attract attention to get someone to go and tell reception we had been locked out... so be careful on the balcony, leave your door open and a light on the balcony so the maid knows your outside when she comes to turn down the room on an evening. The one plus I can give this hotel is the food is good and varied. There are shops in the hotel that sell lots of different items if you have forgotten to bring something with you. I cant comment on the activities or the entertainment as we didnt participate in any of these, we had booked the holiday for just a simple getaway... and this is what we got. I would rate this hotel 3 star.... food 4 star. Just a side note... in the restaurant they have little fridges with coconut ice cream, these are really delicious.
