피트니스 시설이 있는 칸토 호텔

깔끔하고 레스토랑 조식이 맛있습니다. 레스토랑 룸서비스가 24시 인것이 좋았고 까이랑수산시장이 가까워서 편리합니다.

조용한 곳에 있고 싶어서 껀터를 방문 하였습니다. 호텔은 쉐라톤으로 정하였고요. 아침 도착 비행기로 호텔에 도착하였는데 다행히 이른 시간에 체크인이 되었고 그렇게 껀터 방문이 시작 되었습니다. 껀터시가 작다 보니 호텔위치는 크게 의미 없다고 생각합니다. 그보다 호텔 내의 컨디션, 직원의 친절함과 아침 조식은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 낮에는 호텔에서 운동과 식사를 하고 밤에는 닌 키에우 주변을 돌아다녔습니다. 총 6일동안 머물렀는데 좋은 경험을 했습니다.

Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. 방(화장실 포함)은 넓고 조용했습니다. 모든 짐을 바닥에서 치우기에 충분한 공간이었습니다. 조식 뷔페는 괜찮았습니다. 좋은 위치. 방의 에어컨이 100% 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다(21도로 설정했는데도 25도 정도였습니다). 리셉션 직원은 의사소통이 가능한 영어를 구사하지 못했고 베트남에서 유일하게 보증금(50 USD)을 요구한 호텔이었습니다. 체크아웃 시 문제 없이 돌려받았습니다. 로비와 조찬실은 에어컨이 제대로 가동되지 않았습니다.

좋습니다. 수영장도 좋고 직원들 서비스도 좋고, 하지만 석식은 가격에 비해서 좋은 편은 아닌 것 같습니다. 조식은 많이 먹을만 합니다 호치민과 하노이처럼 관광지가 아니다보니 한국인들이 석식 조식 등에 있어서 고수를 잘 못드시는 분들은 힘들어 하실수도 있네요..

환경은 정말 훌륭합니다 .. 섬은 독립형 섬입니다 무성한 오래된 반얀 나무가 있습니다. 방은 하루에 두 번 깨끗합니다. 호텔 직원도 매우 좋습니다. 만날 때마다, 당신은 웃습니다. 섬에서 자전거를 타고 연꽃에서 자연과 함께 춤을 추는 것이 좋습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 전염병과 싸우는 동안 호텔 직원이 중국인을 몰아 내고 필요한 모든 항목을 준비하는 데 도움을 주며 비행 상황에 대해 여러 번 상담하여 외국의 가정이 따뜻함을 느낄 수 있다는 것입니다. 지금까지 6 박 동안 피곤하지 않은 유일한 호텔.

- 편리한 위치, 편리한 교통 - 깨끗하고 편안한 객실, 나무 바닥, 니트 침대, 그러나 통신 장비가 낡았고, TV 채널이 상당히 흐릿하고, 불명확하고, 시끄럽고, ... - 조식 서비스는 괜찮음, 뷔페 뷔페, 많은 요리가 있지만 명확하게 분류되지 않은 메인 사이드 요리, 요리 스타일은 4 성급 호텔에 적합하지 않습니다. 음식에는 여전히 건조하고 딱딱한 접시가 많고 향신료 부족, .. (찜 요리, 수프, ...) - 빠르고 정중한 리셉션 서비스. 로비 외부 리셉션 서비스, 의사 소통 불량, 비전문 (손님의 운송 수단 차별화)

호텔은 크고 새롭고 객실 디자인은 넓고 깨끗하며 아침 식사 메뉴는 비교적 풍부하고 맛있습니다. 강 바로 옆에 위치하여 시원합니다. 좋은 가격. 전체 그룹에는 대규모 레스토랑, 카페 및 손님을 위한 서비스도 있습니다.

A very nice resort surrounded in nature a great getaway from busy citylife. More aimed at families & groups then the solo travelers.
