갈라시아 부티크 호텔 후기

아주 좋은 아침 식사. 깨끗한 욕실과 훌륭한 호텔 위치. 복도에서 약간 시끄러움 - 문이 더 잘 습해졌으면 함. 저는 이곳을 aynone에게 추천하고 싶습니다.

사실 위치는 더 이상 좋을 수 없었고, 방은 완벽했고 호텔도 매우 좋았습니다. 유일하게 마음에 들지 않았던 점은 수영장이었습니다. 우리가 목욕을 하고 있을 때 한 여성이 울타리를 뛰어넘어 수영장에 앉아 거리를 바라보았기 때문입니다. 사실은 조금 이상하고 불편했지만 그 외에는 모든 것이 매우 좋았습니다.

저는 품질 대비 가격 비율이 매우 좋다고 생각합니다. 바디젤/샴푸, 칫솔, 치약도 있어요. 방은 깨끗했고, 주변 가격대비 괜찮은 편이었습니다. 우리는 평면 TV와 선풍기를 가지고 있었습니다. 침대는 편안했고 베개가 여러 개 있었습니다. 우리는 작은 테이블 1개, 테이블 2개, 옷을 걸 수 있는 작은 줄이 있는 작은 테라스를 갖고 있었습니다. Wi-Fi는 무료이며 매우 잘 작동했습니다.

La ubicación es perfecta, se encuentra a 3 minutos de la playa, el desayuno espectacular, la cena no merece la pena. Nosotros tuvimos un problema con la asignación de la habitación, ya que según nos indicaron te asignan la habitación (reformada o no) según con quien reserves, yo reservé con trip y se ve que si no reservas con booking no te tocan las habitaciones buenas. Nosotros hablamos cuando llegamos con un señor, bastante borde y antipático, le comentamos el problema de no haber reservado esa habitación, tras debatir con él, nos indicó que al día siguiente hablásemos con una señor que iba a estar en recepción, la señora fue súper maja, agradable y resolutiva. Al igual que todos los que estaban en recepción.

Personnel très très sympathique surtout les réceptionnistes de l Accueil. Hôtel très propre. Et il fait bon d'y séjourner. Hotel proche de tout.

Simple y limpio, pero sorprendentemente sin puerta en el baño.

방은 나쁩니다. 샤워는 잘 떨어지지 않습니다. 수영장 옆에 샤워를 하는 게 더 나을 겁니다. 방에 냉장고가 없고, 음료를 가져오지 않는 한 얼음을 주는 것도 허락하지 않습니다. 음식은 괜찮지만 더 뜨거울 수 있었습니다. 그리고 커피 머신은 오래 걸렸습니다. 아침 식사는 따뜻했지만 커피를 받을 때는 돌처럼 차가웠고 항상 커피를 기다리는 줄에 서 있었습니다. (한 번에 한 사람). 수건은 더럽고 침구는 좋지 않았습니다. 그래서 저는 분명히 다시는 거기에 머물지 않을 것입니다.

이 호텔은 사진과는 전혀 달라요! 우리는 호텔 뒤쪽에 있는 방에 도착했습니다. 우리 발코니는 벽과 건물을 바라보고 있었습니다. 방에는 침대가 3개 있었고 사진과는 전혀 달랐습니다. 방은 더럽고 더웠으며 먼지와 흙이 가득 찬 선풍기만 있었는데 켜면 침대 전체에 먼지가 흩날렸습니다. 직원에게 이 문제를 해결해 달라고 요청했더니 선풍기를 아래층으로 가져와야 한다고 했고 그들은 살펴보겠다고 했고 방에 와서 살펴보겠다는 제안은 없었습니다. 욕실은 작고 더러웠고 샤워기 헤드만 잡고 사용할 수 있었습니다. 직원에게 옮겨 달라고 요청했지만 도와주지 않았거나 옮겨 주지 않았고, 우리가 우려 사항을 말했을 때 그는 우리에게 다른 방 열쇠를 던져서 그 방을 살펴보라고 했습니다. 더 심했습니다. 샤워기는 사실상 찬장 안에 있었습니다! 수영장은 작고 더러워 보였고 이 호텔에 머물 수 없었습니다. 새로운 호텔을 예약하기 위해 많은 돈을 지불해야 했고 직원들은 우리 가족이 이 일로 화가 났을 때조차 신경 쓰지 않았습니다. 이 호텔은 꼭 피하세요!!

We were given a large corner room with corresponding sized balcony. The sheets and towels were changed daily, which does not always happen with this size of hotel. The food was excellent and plentiful and the staff very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to any one with an average budget. It is in a very good location near to the beach and shops. Would definitely return.

Really enjoyed this hotel stay, would return again. highlights : our room - it was clean basic and comfortable. Clean linin and room cleaned every morning. We had a wall mounted TV with English chancels. Plenty of mirrors. Wardrobe with ample space for a few nights just two of us. Hair dryer. Toiletry’s provided. Downstairs -the bar and restaurant are exactly as pictured. Relaxing vibes , very clean and modern. Open to the street and makes an Absolutely perfect space for your hotel base. Great drinks menu . Pool table also a nice addition. We enjoyed the breakfast with a lovely selection of cooked and cold continental style breakfasts. Pool - is found on the first floor, it’s a sun-trap gem with very comfortable loungers and plenty of parasols. It looks modern and although the pools is small, it was clean and deep, the shallow end was still chest height on an adult. Location - this is the biggest selling point. Absolutely amazing location. Cross the road and you at the wonderful beach. Shops bars restaurants are all there. You can walk up away from the beach also and find lovely places to shop eat and drink including a London pub just a few steps away. Points that let it down: - the room did get warm , there’s no AC. There was a very large fan that with the balcony door open and a glass of cold water in front did cool the room slightly. It wasn’t unbearable but warm. - the balcony wasn’t as I exspected. Our room was in the Center of the hotel facing away from the front and we had no view just other guests rooms. For us this wasn’t an issue we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room other then getting ready or resting. If this would matter to you I would recommend trying to request a room before arriving. - a little information about the hotel and are would have been a lovely addition to the room. This may have been available somewhere down stairs and we didn’t find it. Not a big thing at all just a suggestion, as a first time visitor it’s nice to have some information.

Just returned home today from 3 night stay in this brilliant little hotel. Which we could of stayed longer. All the staff were really friendly and always happy and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and our roim 307 had a seaview. It was a great location for everything and the swimming pool was clean and warm. A 1☆ rating is too low for the service , food and quality of staff. Would highly recommend and looking to go back ASAP. Our whole stay was fabulous .

I don’t know the definition of a 1 star accommodation but our room (211) was a decent size. It overlooked a run down building and a roof with lost socks/towels on it. The balcony was a decent size but not very clean. Our beds were comfortable enough. Th bathroom was very dated and the ceiling had cracks, mould and on day 5 mushrooms started growing on the ceiling. Our cleaning seemed to be working day and night. She was cleaning in the breakfast room first thing in the morning and last thing at night plus cleaning the rooms all day. The man in the bar and breakfast room was similarly working hard. We think we saw a lady who may have been one of the owners. She was fluffing up cushions and turning on lights. All very nice but the fundamentals were missing - basic cleanliness. There’s no way one cleaner could do all of the work expected of her so I’m not surprised that she just flitted a mop across the floors in the bedroom and emptied the bins. The upside. There is ample choice at breakfast. Cheeses, meats, croissants, bread, cereal, fresh melon, muffins, fruit juices, coffee and tea plus bacon, sausage and egg. It really is worth €9 if you choose to pay on the day. The dinner was not the same. We ate there on the first night as we were too tired to eat elsewhere. ***Location is the major selling point*** If you like a pool hardly anybody chooses to go there because the beach is so close. The beach is lovely. Lockboxes for hire if you chose to stay all day. Downside. Customer service is lacking. *the rooms are so so hot it makes it very difficult tho sleep** We were leaving our door and the balcony door open between 5-7pm to allow some air to circulate. Yes the rooms are 1 star and they’re adequate. But they could be so much better if they sorted out the airflow, added better fans, updated the bathrooms. Just keeping everything clean, crisp and white would make this amazing little find.

For the price of this hotel we were expecting the bare minimum, but this hotel couldn’t even provide that. As soon as we walked into our hotel, we were told that we could change rooms tomorrow which was already a red flag. We walked into our room and it looked nothing as advertised. No air conditioning, no fridge and no glasses for drinks. The balcony just had a huge wall as a view, cigarettes all over the floor, and holes in the walls. Only good thing was that the beds were comfy. We went to look at the pool which was warm and dirty, I’d be surprised if they cleaned it regularly. Our room the day after was slightly better, which was that we actually had a view even if it was just shops. Still holes in the wall, a loud fan, smoked cigarette under our bed, and hair everywhere. We asked the bar downstairs if we could have ice in our cups due to there being no fridge, which they said no. Walls are paper thin and could hear everyone’s conversation from even down the hall from their room. Shower was just a small shower head that you get with a regular one. Only good thing is the location of this hotel, we went to the beach everyday as there was no point in bothering with the pool. Decent staff except for the oldish man during the day who is just rude and offered no help to any questions at all. I’d honestly save your money and just book a better hotel across the road from it, just not worth it at all.

Upon arriving, we were handed a key by the chap at reception and not directed to where we had to go. I asked if there was a lift to which he pointed. When arriving in our room it was apparent it hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom and bedding was covered in hair and the balcony which overlooked a rusty tin roof with dirty shoes on, smelt of Cat pee. I went down to complain and was handed another key. After being tutted at. We went to check the second room out and it was far dirtier than the first. There were dirty make up wipes, and hairs all over the bedding. I am ent back down and told him and was given a third key. Although the bathroom in the third was in a better state, the balcony was like a dirty prison yard, the bed sheets didn't look clean, fans were caked in dust and the light bulbs were hanging out. They e simply had to put up as we couldn't afford to go to another hotel. Our towels were taken away in the second day and not replaced and in the whole six days our room wasn't cleaned nor were our sheets changed, just remade. Whilst I appreciate it is a 1 start hotel, there should be a level of cleanliness and this hotel doesn't have it.
