so overall a nice hotel and perfect location we was self catering so never experienced the buffet meals the hotel is in two parts we was in the side with the pool i was worried about the reviews ref pool area and beds , the days we was around the pool i put towels on at 0900 with no problem and got beds our rooms was lovely and spacious reception and lifeguard staff all nice some of the waitress that worked in the pool restaurant were so rude and miserable put me of going in there plenty of shops near by although we did 12 days so explored and only 1/2 mile away is an aldi and mercado worth the little extra walk overall lovely hotel especially been in the beach pool ok for us as two young kids was good they gave you pool towels u can change daily also can picafort in it self a bit quite on nights mainly food places no we're with any entertainment on x

Just returned from a week at this hotel and couldn't fault anything. Hotel was very clean, rooms also and very comfortable. Staff were amazing and very friendly and food was excellent . Can Picafort is full of nice shops and bars and is also extremely clean .Would recommend this hotel to everyone, we had a lovely week and were very well looked after. Arlene

Hotel very clean,but tired in some places,rooms nice,but unfortunately the cleaning wasn't great,i spilt a coffee mark on the side table 2nd day in,just to see how they clean,unfortunately still there on day 7,i could of cleaned it off but i was just testing as the room floor always felt like it had sand on it,shower unfortunately let's all the water out over the floor so can become slippery,now if you are English I really don't think this is the right hotel for you,the breakfast is very hit & miss,this hotel is mostly German & Dutch & I feel quite proud how polite the English can be in comparison,we were the minority & it just wasn't the right hotel for us,breakfast was time consuming,you had to wait for individual eggs to be cooked so the que was very long,only two eggs at a time,or longer if they were making an omelette,even though a great cooking area,the lady was lovely,but the gentleman didn't even lift his head to say good morning,(something us brits do I suppose?) We had half board but ate out every day,the food just didn't cut it for a four star hotel ( our opinion) if you want to sit by the pool (we didn't) be prepared to squeeze in it's tiny & towels are laid from 7.30am,great location,next to lots of restaurants & pubs & beach,unfortunately no entertainment at the hotel,only one night which was a tribute Elton John who we found quite funny, more than a great voice,unfortunately we won't be returning to this part of the island as the rubbish around was quite sad,( not the hotel) litter being left & cigarette buts were awful on the beach. But I must give a mention to Babara as she was the only staff member to say hello every time she saw us,lovely lady & a credit to the hotel.

The best thing about the hotel is its location and the staff! We stayed in an apartment with sea views and it was the best choice. Both the waiters and the receptionists were always attentive to anything you might need. The only negative thing is that the pool area is small, but with the beach in front that is not a problem. Will definitely be back next summer!

Poor condition and very bad breakfast buffet. Pool area too small and mainly booked with towels even though they state this is not allowed. Overall we were both disappointed. Too pricey for the standard. Should max be 3star hotel. Cleaning personnel is friendly is the best I can say. I would not consider going back.

the recepcionist Isabel was the best, very good service, really nice view from the rooms, the best option is to buy directly from the hotel website yo get the best prices and best rooms. we will definitely come back next year. beautiful hotel and very kind staff, the rooms were impecable
