This is a great hotel, ideal for families, just a short walk to the beach and loads of restaurants. Really clean, out towels were changed 3 times in a week, the bed changed in the middle of the week, the staff are all really friendly and helpful, the entertainment is really good too. The only down points were we didn’t get any sun at all on the balcony, but that’s not their fault, and the food in the restaurant on site isn’t great, plenty of choice but we preferred eating out, I would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely complex. Decent entertainment every night, and staff very friendly. Room was good size for family of 4 - maids refreshed room each day. Only con was the zero sound proofing, so you can hear everything. Didn't bother us too much though, but may disturb light sleepers. Surrounding area had plenty of bars and restaurants. Pool was very cold at this time of year - we spent most days at the beach(surprisingly warmer) which is a short walk down the steps across from the hotel. I would highly recommend the Pirate show - 15min walk away. €21 charge for safe for 1 week which I thought was reasonable. Overall, great place to stay and would recommend.

Great wee hotel n nxg to pubs and restaurants great stay overall service was great and pool .was lovely aswell food was good and drinks reasonably priced

A highly recommended hotel. accommodation and whole complex was spotless and location was perfect.food,especially the breakfast, was first class, and the staff could not have been better.Son presented with a bottle of bubbly by management for his 18th birthday which was a much appreciated gesture. As a family, we will definitely be returning in the future.Very professional run hotel. Thanks again.

We are just home today from staying here, what a lovely place, room where very clean , we were self catering but tried the food which was lovely! all the staff were amazing with my son who’s only 3 ! Victor from the kids entertainment was brilliant with the kids, the cleaners came every single day and were also lovely! 3 minutes walk to the beach, in a very good location for everything! Everyone here is just so nice we’ll definitely be back!

Flawless apartment. Have stayed here several times and returning in September. We always get the ground floor so you have your own little area but the apartments with balconies look perfect too. I got the breakfast a few mornings as it wasn’t included in our rate and it’s absolutely fab. The girl at the breakfast desk was delightful. Can’t think of her name but begins with V. The spread is perfect and hot. They could probably do with a second coffee machine. And the coffee is lovely too. Apartment’s food and staff are flawless. 10/10. Iv made a request for my return trip in September. We have 3 apartments booked. And they said hopefully they can put the 3 next to each other. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Loved it! It was not too crowded during the off-season so we could enjoy it in full. Very tidy, friendly and professional staff and fine breakfast. It was sometimes a bit loud in the evening due to the shows next to the pool, but it did't spoil the overall impression!

Can’t fault the rooms, friendly staff and cleanliness of the apartment complex 😊We were a group of 35 and there was always sun beds and room to accommodate us!!Location great for Palma Nova and Maga x

Two adults and one 13 year old child. Yes I would stay at this hotel again with children. PRO Clean hotel and rooms. Staff friendly. Prices for food & drink reasonable. Pool and games tables available.  Takes cash and cards. CON As it's April, sun position can impact the benefits of certain appartments. You had to pay for the safe! There was a parrot show for entertainment. I was slightly peeved off they wanted to charge for a picture - I may have paid if it was better advertised. BEST MEAL  Happy House Magaluf - although a basic restaurant, we had the best chicken fajitas for a good while. Reasonably priced.  AND A good mix of people of all ages. The breakfast was fine, I have had better but standard options available. There is building work next door but we didn't hear anything.  Obviously the pools were cold but it was early on.
