출발하기 전에 나쁜 리뷰를 많이 봤기 때문에 떨리는 마음으로 이 호텔에 체크인했습니다. 나쁜 리뷰가 완전히 거짓이라고는 생각하지 못했습니다! 여행 전문가로서 수많은 별 등급의 호텔에 머물렀습니다. 이 호텔에 대해 매우 기분이 좋습니다. 호텔은 해변까지 도보로 이동할 수 있는 거리에 있으며, 직원의 서비스 태도가 훌륭하고 지역 차별이 없습니다. 아침 식사와 저녁 식사는 다양합니다. 수영장은 작지만 분위기는 좋습니다. 특히 아침에는 음악이 너무 시끄럽습니다. 유일한 단점은 방에 샤워 시설이 잘 되어 있지 않다는 것입니다. 목욕을 하고 나면 욕실의 물이 문밖으로 넘쳐흘러 매번 시간이 많이 걸립니다. 전체적으로 만족스럽고 즐거운 여행이었습니다!

Recently stayed at Hotel dreams and it was just wonderful. Food was good, great location, lovely pools, friendly staff, clean & tidy rooms and a great all inclusive. Will be booking again next year. Thank you 😊

Stayed at this hotel last year and loved it. Seems penny pinching, watering down drinks from coffee to alcohol, is the new tag line for the hotel. It’s not unlimited luxury. It’s nice, clean and tidy, but nothing like it was last year

We booked this hotel based on fairly good reviews, however from the moment we came into the hotel we already saw issues. We were told the rooms were in the other building…that was as far as the help to find the room went- had to walk back around with our cases and ask again when we found out we had to walk through a closed dining room to access the rooms in the other building with little to no signage that told us that. Got to the room and the floor was completely filthy with hairs everywhere. The room was roasting hot and we found out that the air conditioning didn’t work. Went to shower and found the shower head didn’t work. Went to turn the TV on and there were no batteries in the remote. Finally after a call and two trips to reception we finally managed to get some of the issues resolved. One of the days of the holiday it rained and unfortunately brought some sand onto the resort and around the pools… this then meant that all of the pools were closed that afternoon and then the next day until 5pm when they had finally managed to clean the smallest of the 3 pools everyone could access. Which meant the entirety the hotel then flocked to a tiny family pool for an hour until they quickly closed it again. Finally on our last day we found items missing from our backpack that was left in the luggage area- when we spoke to staff about it, although the reception staff were initially helpful in trying to locate the items (unsuccessfully) they said we must have left them in the room (which we hadn’t) and that there was no access to the items found in rooms until the next day (which makes no sense as they know most of the people that are checking out are flying out that day). We were then told they had never had anything stolen from the baggage area before- which we know is a lie as we overheard another couple complain that they had something stolen from that area also. All of this was on top of the restaurants not all being open (during the last week of June), poor accessibility to the hotel (loads of stars and extremely tiny lifts) and negative interactions with members of O’club staff who seemed to not do a great deal besides walk around in large groups, pushing in the buffet line and speaking to each other. I would honestly avoid this hotel at all costs. Seemed much closer to a 2/3 star hotel than the 4 star hotel they claim.

On arrival, we were met with a large queue for check in with no organisation from the reception staff, people were pushing in and they had no respect for the visitors that had clearly been waiting. Checked in to our room and it was absolutely filthy, a collection of a month’s worth of other people’s hair as seen below in the pictures. We asked for someone to clean it and showed reception staff the pictures and was told they would send someone. When we returned to our room, the same hairs were still there and remained there for the 6 nights that we stayed. We had to result in using flip flops to get around our room because we didn’t want to put our feet on the floors. Our TV remote only had 1 battery and we were unable to use the TV our first 2 nights. Our shower and air con was also not working and had to wait for a maintenance man to come to fix it. During our trip there was a short period of rain which contained sand, you would have thought they would of been prepared for this, yet the next day, we were told the pools were closed for cleaning when we first went down at at 10am and the small one remained closed until 5pm and no wonder, they had 1 cleaner with a mop bucket splashing around the pool and then playing on her phone to which I have video evidence for. It wasn’t until they had several complaints 2 more staff came to help at 2:30pm. The main pool was not opened until the next day and no attempt was made to clean this pool at all, which is insane because it’s the hotels biggest pool during peak time (2days it was closed for in total). As if things couldn’t get any worse, the restaurants that were advertised while booking were all closed, we could not access even the main buffet restaurant at times and when we did manage to eat, the chicken was pink, fish undercooked and in general the food was quite frankly a 2 star standard and that’s being polite. Hotel entertainment is non-existent and the only time we saw the hotel club reps is when they were barging paying customers out the way at the buffet and taking all the food like savagers. Absolutely crazy that they do not have a separate window to eat their breakfast, lunch and dinners. The majority of the staff that work here are rude and unfriendly, they don’t have enough staff to manage holiday goers so that meant waiting in long lines for drinks and quite often having to figure out how the hotel works yourselves. To top it off, we had our bags in the hotel hold as we had a few hours to kill before our private transfer, when we returned we were missing a bag that was clearly taken/stolen. We were told by hotel staff that they can’t check the lock up cupboard because it’s locked and there isn’t any staff available to open it, bearing in mind it was only 7pm and we checked out to leave. We will be escalating this to Hyatt and will be requesting a full refund of the stay, absolutely disappointing.

Completely ruined my 60th birthday. A complete rip off. Unlimited luxury is non existent. A complaint going into Hyatt. We will be requesting a full refund!! Awful

We paid over 700€ per couple for an 3 day stay and it was a total waste of money. It calls itself unlimited luxury, it should be titled very limited luxury. It started badly they’d lost our upgrade booking and insisted on charging us again. Wouldn’t correct their mistake, so had to pay, still trying to get our money back! Gave us a voucher as compensation. Tried to use it and told it was just an advertisement and we would get just 5€ off. Said we had UNLIMITED LUXURY until you asked for anything and then they insisted you pay extra for most drinks. There was a free mini bar that only had beer, 1 bag of crisps, bag of M&Ms and pop in it. It was never replenished. Had to keep asking reception over and over again for this and to get our towels replaced. Tea and coffee was also never replaced, had to keep taking it from the breakfast restaurant. Food choices are extremely limited. The supposedly ala carte had very limited choice and were always empty. We had a meal in one which was only open for lunch. No starters arrived only the mains when we asked the waitress what had happed to the starters she just shrugged and said the chef has said no to our starter order. So the only food you could get was in the buffets. Hardly unlimited luxury! More canteen style. There is a pool designated for the premium guests with its own bar. No wine only beer, pop and Cava. However, it’s not manned and no champagne flutes for the Cava. There are cocktail glasses, but no one to make them or any ingredients. It has a gate which you are supposed to scan your card, but was broken for the whole of our stay, so the only people using it were not AI and certainly not premium guests, as they could access the limited free stuff. Even in the main bar we got plastic glasses. Everything is closed at 11:30, we were told we had to leave the bar at 12:00. We complained and were told it used to be good but had now been downgraded and now all they get is complaints. Gave very scathing reviews, but these were never followed up. Given our experience don’t expect to hear anything from this either. Go on a cruise or another hotel because it’s just a total rip off and if you do you’ll be disappointed.
