El servicio y el hotel son geniales...Diana fue de gran ayuda en todo momento y víctor un sol de persona , solo siento un gran agradecimiento y cuando regrese en otra ocasión a cali repetiré sin duda alguna... gracias por todo...gran hotel y grandes profesionales

Extremely friendly staff with also an excellent disposition to help you in anything you need. The room well organized and really cleaned, the great breakfast multiple option to choose from. For last the location, close to everything and really easy to find transport in the zone

Wonderful place in cali. The staff was so nice and friendly. Unbeatable location with tons of restaurants nearby. The best thing are the comfy beds and pillows. It is great for quicks trips to cali. Just one night is perfet and convenient. I will be back any time soon.

Room door didn’t lock, bathroom light didn’t work, staff was very slow to respond to requests on fixing bathroom light. The room was not thoroughly swept, as there was hair on the ground. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and no blanket. Breakfast was mediocre. We ended up leaving early and going to a different better despite not receiving a refund. Would not recommend!

Arrived at hotel got checked in and once trying to enter room. It appears at least a male and female was in our room. The front desk staff said someone was now in our reserved room and hotel was full. Told us we had to find another hotel. They gave no support seeing that this was their fault After a few back and forth the hotel staff said one was available due to no show. it was very strange especially that they checked us in and gave us room keys for our room that was occupied. It felt as though some un registered guest were given our room…next morning was told they would reimburse the room. It's been over a month and no such reimbursement

Todo fue espectacular, la pasamos genial. El lugar súper tranquilo y silencioso se puede descansar sin ningún problema. Todo el personal hizo un trabajo espectacular. Los muchachos de la recepción genial 5 estrellas, especialmente la señorita que trabaja por el turno de amanecida. Un saludo cordial desde Miami. Daniel & Luisa
