Do not stay at this property as it is unclean and unsafe with bare electrical wires hanging out of the heat register. A fire waiting to happen. The management is unreasonable and will not allow you to cancel your stay if you are not satisfied.

호텔은 오래되었고 업그레이드가 필요합니다! 방은 너무 비좁고 침대는 삐걱 거리고있었습니다. 우리는 우리 방의 카펫에 얼룩이있었습니다. 우리 방의 책상 의자는 바위가 단단하고 불편했습니다. 호텔은 또한 대부분의 호텔이 가지고있는 것이 아니라 대부분의 방에서 금고를 가지고있는 것에 대해 요금을 청구합니다. 샤워는 거의 압력이 없습니다.

2 월 사이먼은 프론트 데스크에서 방을 예약하는 데 도움을 주었고, 애완 동물을 동반 할 수있는 방을 예약 할 때 사이먼은 실제로 우리를 많이 도왔습니다. 애완 동물을 데려 왔더라도 우리가 머물렀던 방이 개선되었다고 확신합니다. 어제 오후에 체크인했을 때 우리는 Simon을 만났고 그는 우리를 매우 편리하게 만들었습니다. 우리는 방금 개선 된 방에 매우 만족했습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗했습니다. 호텔은 개 음식, ** 간식 및 개 가방을 제공했습니다. 호텔은 특히 잘했습니다! 사이먼도 훌륭합니다! 모든 시설을 즐기고 싶을 때 다시 올 것입니다.

침대는 끔찍하게 부드럽고 침몰하여 잘못되었습니다. 아내는 그녀가 해먹에서 자고있는 것처럼 느꼈습니다. 우리는 끔찍한 잠을 잤고, 목과 등을 아프게하여 집에 왔습니다. 우리가 지불 한 것을 고려하여 침대의 품질에 매우 실망했으며 올해는 우리의 유일한 휴가였습니다. 방은 엄청나게 먼지가 많았고 아들 알레르기가 행동하기 시작했습니다. 나는 클럽 라운지에서 맥주를 위해 1828 달러를 청구했습니다. 거기의 승무원이 맥주의 가격에 대해 우리 방 번호를 섞었 기 때문입니다. 물론 역전되었지만 체크 아웃시이 요금을보고 충격을 받았으며 이것이 허용되지 않는다고 생각합니다.

The room and hallways were outdated and retro but still clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had a bizarre issue with the check-in where the front desk tried to tell us our reservation had been cancelled months prior, which was not true. We didn't cancel our reservation, and if they did on their end they never notified us of it. In fact, I was still receiving emails about checking in for my reservation the day before we arrived, so it was very stressful and confusing to get there and be told our reservation was cancelled months ago. Luckily they still had rooms for us, but still. Get your reservation and notification system sorted out.

조식은 안먹었지만 1층 식당에서 점심은 괜찮았고 방도 넓고 더블룸은 4인이 묵을 것 같았는데 4명이서 방을 2개 열었더니 프론트가 실수하기 시작해서 우리가 한 방이었고, 우리에게 네 개의 방 카드를 줬고, 아무 잘못도 말하지 않았으며, 나중에 그것이 두 개의 방이라는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 1층에 작은 수영장도 있고 주변환경도 괜찮습니다. 더블룸의 더블침대는 넓고 발코니, 커피 머신, 위생 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 나가면 캘거리 타워가 보입니다. 걸어서 5~6분 정도 걸립니다.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary South-Macleod Trail S, an IHG Hotel Horrible stay at this hotel! (Dec 31st/Jan 1st 2023) If I could give it a ZERO star, I would. Don't waste your money on this horrible hotel. It should be demolished. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night on December 31st 2022. Check in was difficult at 4pm. They said they weren't sure if our room was ready, even though check in time starts at 3pm. We were the only people in the lobby at that time. We waited about 20 to 30 minutes for the staff to give us our room cards. Once we were in the elevator we saw a sign that said pool area is out of service until further notice. This was one of the main reasons for staying at this hotel. We couldn't use the hot tub, pool or water slide. We were very disappointed that no one told me when I called to make the reservation a month before or even when we checked in that afternoon to the hotel. Once we got to our room it looked nice until I opened the blinds to the window. There was thick black mold all over the window sill. Pictures provided. It was really gross! We then made our way over to the bathroom where we found more black mold in the shower stall and up the walls. The shower stall and the bathroom sink faucet wouldn't stop dripping. We called the front desk she said because it's a holiday weekend we are short staffed. No one did come to fix the problem. Walls are paper thin. We could hear people talking in the hallways and the TV in the room beside us. On the morning of January 1st 2023 we went downstairs for their hot breakfast to find only 2 apples and 3 muffins left. I asked the desk where the hot breakfast was as this was another reason for staying at this hotel. She said because it's a holiday no staff is here to prepare breakfast so this is what we have. Very disappointed we packed up our stuff and checked out. We asked to speak to the manager about a possible refund or a partial refund because they didn't inform us about the pool closure or the non-hot breakfast. (If we knew about this ahead of time we would have booked elsewhere) The lady at the desk gave us a hard time saying the manager was on a call and couldn't talk to us, then saying he won't be in the office till a later date. She offered us 1 small bottle of water for the inconvenience. After we got home my partner called the manager and left a voice-mail. It took over 2 weeks for them to actually connect on the phone. The manager of the hotel finally gave us a refund of $35 which was OK but we will never stay at this hotel again. I will also tell anyone and everyone I know not to stay here.

하룻밤 만 머물 렀지 만 경험은 훌륭했습니다. 잘 위치한 호텔. 매우 깨끗하고 넓고 잘 설계된 스위트 - 레이아웃을 좋아했습니다! 정말 편안한 침대, 큰 TV. 전체 크기의 냉장고, 안전하고, 장치 등을 충전 할 수있는 편리한 위치에있는 콘센트가 많이 있습니다. 뷔페 식 아침 식사는 다양성과 품질면에서 훌륭했습니다.
