Hotel was nice in a decent location and staff were very friendly. Food was nice not loads of choice but enough. All inclusive was well worth the money

The accommodation needs updating and needs TLC until they get round to it. It is very clean, staff are friendly and happy to help. where we had fridge and kettle need to have double plug, they was quick and gave me a extension lead to use both together. it a shame bar inside not opened as we had windy nights and we was sat pool bar with patio heaters on which i didnt do. Lovely that in your accommodation you are told about put your towels down around the pool, that they get removed if not being used so no blocking sunbeds. could do with some paperwork for you to keep on your visit on what time you choice for meals and also what time snacks available on the all inclusive. It a lovely touch that you get a towel for you to use at the pool i not been to hotel that gives you them.. Food is good for a 3star only thing would be a problem in higher season is only 1 toaster in dining room. I full enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again.. YOU ALL SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELF XX I know people have put about road outside but the hotel can not be held responsible for this as it down to council..

We recently stayed at this hotel which really needs some improvements. The bedrooms could use an upgrade—like a fresh coat of paint and a good clean, as the walls were dirty behind the beds. The bathroom had a terrible sewage smell and had marks all over the wall including squished bugs that was on the walls that was there since we arrived and were never cleaned which made our stay uncomfortable. Our feet were constantly filthy from the floor even after it had been “cleaned” there are multiple signs on the wall to insist the floors are clean and it’s chemical reactions that have caused the stains however we believe otherwise. Plus, the all-inclusive food was not good at all; it lacked flavour and variety. On a positive, the staff were lovely and the outside pool area was nice. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless they make some serious changes.

Visited here as a last minute booking with my partner and two children aged 7 and 18 months. Children - it is not a child oriented hotel. The daily mini club consists of tables and chairs, colouring ( although the pencils were mostly blunt & felt tips dried out) and a few basic games that are left outside each day. To keep kids entertained you are reliant on swimming. There is a fresh water pool which at this time of year is very cold. The pool is separated in 3 sections each with different depths - positively the child pool is a great depth for young children, my 18 month old could easily walk around in it. Food- we were all inclusive. The selection of food is small compared to any other all inclusive hotel I have stayed at. I dont necessarily mind this, but there were a few occasions on which I struggled to find anything tasty. Very heavy on pork offerings - pork cooked in various ways was on the menu daily. Rooms/grounds- rooms are spacious but very basic. Limited storage, only a small wardrobe with some shelving and no drawers at all. This is possibly ok if there are two of you in a room, but nowhere near enough for a family. The rooms are in desperate need of upgrading. Pillows flimsy. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided (including beach towels). Staff - very friendly and helpful. Good with the children. Location. - approx 10 minutes walk to the beach and closer to shops and restaurants.

Cold at night and first thing on a morning bring something warm Bartender Daniel was great very welcoming 10/10 The events guy and pool lifeguard were very friendly welcoming people to Only criticism would be the food basic not much flavour Rooms and complex are very clean and all staff are very helpful just may need a little tlc in places

On 12/21/2024, I checked into the Smy Tahona fuerteventura hotel and was just shocked by the room we were checked into. There was mold on the wall, scraped walls, stains on the floor and dirt. My 15 year old son had to sleep on a couch that didn't fit him, with no bedding. I'm not a picky person and I always travel a lot, but this is the first time I've had such a terrible experience. The reception refused to change the room, even though it was supposed to be a standard suite with a view of the pool, which was not true at all. For the money I paid for this accommodation, I could have had better conditions. I will never come back here and would not recommend it to anyone. And I am sorry that I will spend this Christmas in this terrible hotel.
