오전 7시 30분부터 취침이 불가능하고, 유지관리를 위해 카트를 몰고 돌아다니기 시작하고, 소음이 심하며, 방의 단열도 제대로 되지 않습니다.

We booked a junior suite it was ok, clean but not perfect few things missed in the bathroom. We were only b&b but after the 1st breakfast never went back. The biggest issue at this hotel is the sun-bed situation, all beds are gone by 7.30am so the only option is to queue for the roof terrace. The roof terrace would be amazing if they had infinity pools not hot tubs which you don’t need in hot weather. Just not enough loungers for the size of the hotel and the hotel say they don’t let you reserve them but they don’t follow through with this. Getting up between 6am and 7am to get a bed is not a holiday for the beds not to be sat on til well after breakfast. The resort is tired, dirty and full of curry houses and china shops, it was not very appealing for us unfortunately but each to their own.

My husband and i have been coming fuerteventura for 20 odd years maybe 2 / 3 times a year (as we have friends who own a resturant near the outdoor market) we alwas go self-catering in some of the wonderful bungalows on the island. After losing my father-in-law recently I bought my 82 year old mother-in-law away for a recuperating break, I picked this hotel on the fact it was adult only , and all inclusive wich would mean I wouldn't have to walk my MIL around the town to eat as she has walking abnormalities. Well, where do I start. Arrived at 9pm. Was given a key by reception and told room number, second floor. That was it ! (Thank you to the kind young gent in the room next door to ours that told us of the dos and donts) Rooms were very nice, very clean with a wonderful shower. Beds very soft so found quite uncomftable. Breakfast ok , lunch hit and miss , I had meatballs that were stone cold. For dinner I'd normally end up with a plate of chips so I'd say more 3 star if that, bar area a constant queue with the wonderful lorrana working her backside of. Give this girl some help !!! Then the fun began, in 1 week we managed to get round the outside pool twice. Beds taken with towels and nobody on them. When we did get beds after an hr my MIL thought she was gona pass out in the heat...no parasols or shading although inside was shaded, the parasols were static so coukdnt move them to shade u. ( but like i said u was lucky to even get a longer)! So I spent first few days sitting by the bar with a glass of wine in a plastic cup ! The MIL is a smoker. There was a small area with... "4" ... barstools where you could smoke. MIL being 82 and only 5ft 1 couldn't get on the stools. So the only other place was the gate leading onto the sea. Once again. Nowhere to sit. A few benches that were taken up most of the time with tourist feeding chipmunks. The only other place was our room balcony but then our neighbour said hotel was funny about smoking on balconies ! We even recieved a note under the door reminding us no smoking on terraces. Now i dont know if everybody recieved one of these but WHAT THE HELL, never once did the MIL smoke on the terrace . THANK YOU ezera for having my mother in law in tears and constantly thinking she was gona be chucked out of the hotel. I'm all for no smoking in rooms or in resturants but the smoking policy in this hotel was horrendous. I didnt see any no smoking signs, i find it strange even being a non smoker that apart from the resturant everything is in the open air!! And i have no problem people having a cig as long as it aint near my food. Sorry , i kniw spain gave tightened up on smoking laws but I feel the hotel is discriminating. Nowhere in the room does it say don't smoke on balcony or round pool and nowhere when booking is smoking regulations stated. So spent most of the time spending money I could ill afford over the road sitting at bars so she could have a smoke and cupa tea in peace. Not in a milli
