We spent 10 wonderful days at this resort. We were given a great room just steps away from the gorgeous heated adults only pool and the adults only restaurant and bar. Every member of staff that we encountered was brilliant. I want to mention Luisa, the lifeguard at the adults only pool. She went far and beyond in helping guests with sunbeds, umbrellas, towels etc. She also kept an eye out for anyone who used the facilities who were not entitled to. She really was brilliant. The lunch and dinner food at the Terra Sana restaurant food could be improved. Not a great choice. Breakfast was fine. The bar area was too small to accommodate the number of guests especially in the evening. The bungalows are great with lots of storage space. right on a lovely beach too!

We stayed for a week early April and we enjoyed our visit, A big 👍 to the staff who were amazing, friendly and could not do enough for you. Loved the breakfast so much choice. I understand the comments regarding the sunbeds, as our week went on it did become a bit of an issue for some, hopefully the hotel will make more available. Great location just a few feet from the beach. We will definitely make a return visit. We met a lovely couple Jim and the film star Anna 😉 who we enjoyed spending the evenings with, Reception, Noelia and team, were great ,checked in quickly and driven by buggy to our room which was just next to the pool. Awesome Spa area, and great fitness activities. Also just a couple of steps away from the beach. The rooms and the food were also great. Definitely can recommend the Adults only areas.

Been here lots of times. Very well looked after. Beautiful room and lovely gardens. The all inclusive was well worth the cost.

Just back from a great week at the Royal level adults only caleta de fuste lovely hotel fabulous staff at the terra sana pool bar and restaurant. Great location right on the beach. Fabulous rooms and everything spotlessly clean staff work very hard to make your holiday great. Good choice of restaurants and bars to choice from whilst here. Many thanks to all Simon and isabel

This was our second visit ! We spent 6 nights at Royal Level Adults Only Caleta de Fuste which is a great location as it is right on the beach. We had a 2 bedroomed suite as we were bringing our daughter with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was my birthday on arrival and we had a couple of special treats left in our suite. All the staff from the gardeners, cleaners, bar staff, restaurant staff and of course the Royal level reception staff made our stay even more special, they were courteous, friendly and nothing was too much bother. The suites are spacious and the beds comfortable with sumptuous pillows with a lovely little terraces. The Royal Level pool, bar area is a fabulous area to relax in. The pool area and sun-beds are exceptionally clean and all staff take pride in their work. We did not eat anywhere else except for Terra Sana as we found the food to be of a high standard with plenty of choice. However, on occasion the hot food could be slightly hotter. We enjoyed having a variety of themed evenings such as Asian and Mexican and of course Canarian in Terra Sana. I would like to thank Dorka ( Dorrie) from the activity team who kept us busy with, yoga, stretching and aqua aerobics! She was excellent. In our opinion a fabulous place to stay ! We’ve just returned from a 4-night trip at the All Inclusive Royal Level - Adults Only. This hotel experience was easily the best we have ever had. Every single member of staff we encountered was an absolute joy - so polite, and they couldn’t do enough for you. A special shout-out to Beksy, Kataysia and Alessandro in Terra Santa restaurant who were stand-out all the way through our holiday. Beksy even helped my partner work on his Spanish! The bar staff are also fantastic in the pool bar and those cocktails - 10/10! Highly recommend opting for All Inclusive as the quality of the food and drinks are on another level. A lot of reviews have complained about food, but this wasn’t our experience at all - food was served at a good temperature, the themed nights are fantastic and the quality of foodwas outstanding. I’m vegetarian and I do think there could maybe be more vegetarian options available, but they had plenty for me to eat (which hasn’t been my experience at other hotels). The standards of cleanliness in all areas of the Royal Level - Adults Only was excellent. There were some really nice touches - we were asked a few days before check-in which pillows we wanted in our bedroom, and which scent diffuser we wanted (with a choice of 4 options - we went for jasmine!) and every day at 5pm we had a knock at the door to deliver us a couple of Lindt chocolates. The two bits of feedback I think the hotel could work on are: • the sunbed situation is a nigh**are - we got up at 7.30am one morning and all of the sunbeds around the pool were reserved and sat there empty until around midday. It’s not the hotel’s fault - they do ask people not to reserve them (honestly it’s wild to me that people are so disrespectful but hey ho!) but perhaps the hotel could be more proactive at removing towels from reserved sunbeds. • when checking out we used the hotel and all services for the rest of the day which was great! But we had to use the showers in main reception building before leaving and they were pretty poor! The shower was cold, it was quite dirty and in a bit of a state of disrepair. After a week of 5* service in the Royal Level, it was a bit of a shock to the system. Maybe you could consider having a shower available within the Royal Level - Adults Only section for guests who have checked out on their last day? What a fabulous hotel and the setting is beautiful. So quiet and peaceful with fabulous views of the bay in Caleta De Fuste. Staff are amazing, a stunning place to visit all year round
