Extremely disappointing experience. This was one of the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in. The administrator was very arrogant and unprofessional. Upon arrival, I even had to wait for him to finish smoking at the entrance before he would assist me. There was no Wi-Fi available in the bungalow area, despite expectations, and there was no air conditioning, making the stay very uncomfortable. During the entire week of my stay, not a single cleaner came to clean the room, change the bed linen, replace towels, or restock toilet paper. There was also no shower gel, shampoo, or other basic toiletries provided. At night, the room was full of cockroaches and ants, which made it difficult to sleep and completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. Beda are bad condition- when you sleep- the mattresse moves and falls(if you are a couple - not conviniant at all). No sound isolation also. Even the wind moves the windows through. The location is also a major problem. Everything is very far away, and the property is situated on a steep hill. If you are elderly, have mobility issues, or simply do not enjoy long uphill walks, I strongly advise against staying here. It takes approximately 25–30 minutes of uphill walking to reach the accommodation. Even the nearest shop requires walking down and back up the hill. Overall, the property is neglected, poorly maintained, and far below acceptable standards. I am extremely disappointed with my stay and would never return. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely holiday on a budget loved every moment

Loved the size of the cottage. Lots of pools but wish they were heated! 🤣 Plenty of shops on site, clubs and pubs and lots of lovely walks in town. Great beaches and scenery 💗

Basic accommodation but very clean everything in bungalow you need microwave kettle etc staff very nice and trip.com was good to use thankyou

I was self catering and the kitchen in accommodation was fantastic. Microwave, full oven and 2 ring hob. Basic accommodation as expected but very clean. Plenty of towels and 5 English channels on television.

We have been coming here for the last 10 years now and we like it very much here it is easy to get to and from the airport and to and from shops and restaurant. With also the beach only a 10 to 15 minutes walk away. But the rooms do need to be update and would pay that little bit more if needed

Staff always pleasant, professional, helpful and do their best to assist. Budget friendly but don't expect 5 star when it's just very basic. Ideal for a basic, no frills holiday that is outside of the main tmbars and restaurants. Quiet but it is up a hill so taxi required if mobility issues.

We had an amazing time here the staff are very friendly, the food was very nice and a variety. The drinks are better than most 4 stars I stayed at. The location is on point, the rooms are comfortable enough, it's worth vtge prices. Thanksvto the restaurant and bar staff for working hard to please the customer. The pools are clean and well located. They also have a pool bar which is not part of all inclusive. Drinks are reasonably priced too. I will definitely go again.

You get what you pay for. I’ve stayed at these apartments many times when I’ve needed a break from work. They are located 10 minutes from the airport so you land and you’re virtually there. The apartment was clean with a kettle fridge and microwave. We ate out every evening. It is about a 20 minute walk downhill into Caleta de fuste. We got a cab back 3 euros. The beds were very basic and I’ll be glad to get back to the comfort of my own mattress. There are several pools you can use and all are clean with plenty of sunbeds but the pool was cold. I would come again and I know exactly what to expect.
