컴포트 스위트 포레스트 시티(Comfort Suites Forrest City)

One night stay. Traveling with family. It served all our needs. Room was a little dated but large so we were happy.

Room was clean. Hotel staff was really nice. My only complaint was they couldnt find my reservation for 20 minutes at checkin.

The reception lady, Mary was so nice. The room is so clean. Even though the elevator was not working, we loved to stay

A little mix up on my room but that was no biggie, the desk clerk was very nice and friendly. My only issue is the elevator is still not working, I read that in previous reviews. It hit home when I ended up on the 3rd floor. Everyone on the 3rd floor should've been given a DISCOUNT. There was a used towel in one of the drawers....good housekeepers are hard to find, I haven't been anywhere that was thoroughly clean. Other than the towel, my room was perfect...comfy bed.

It was very nice hotel. Everyone was very nice and food was excellent. I did think it was overpriced and the elevator was out so with that out I feel there should have been some discount.

When I arrived, there was a sign apologizing that the elevator was out of order. I was traveling with my disabled mother so I wanted to make sure there were no steps for her to climb. We were assigned to room 107. There was noises nonstop coming from the ceiling and walls. I called the front desk and was advised that this room usually is not assigned due to the noise level because the room is underneath the boiler room. However, the agent that checked me in was new and is not aware. She said that I should speak with the manager the next morning for compensation. They offered to give me a room on the second or third floor but I explained that my disabled mother cannot climb stairs and the elevator is out of service. We didn’t get any sleep. I spoke with a woman at the front desk the next morning and she said they can’t compensate me. The entire experience was a nightmare. If I was told about the room in advance, I would not have checked in and would have went to another hotel.

I came to stay at Comfort Inn for my dad’s funeral only to know after I booked the elevator did not work. We had a lot of luggage and small kids which made it more inconvenient. Had this been disclosed we could have made other arrangements.

Clean facilities. Efficient and effective services. Food good. Parking availability excellent. Towels soft and fluffy, comfortable bed and room temperature good.

Needs updated. Elevator was out of service. Toilet bubbled every so often. But there is a hot tub and coffee/cappucino machine
