도착했을 때 매우 친절하게 맞이해 주었고 예상보다 일찍 객실이 준비될 것이라고 말해주었는데, 이는 보너스였습니다. 그러나 열쇠를 받았을 때 리셉션 직원은 호텔, 서비스 시간, 이용 가능한 것, 엔터테인먼트 또는 그 밖의 어떤 것에 대한 정보도 제공하지 않았습니다. 또한 환승을 기다려야 하기 때문에 늦은 체크아웃을 할 수 있다고 들었지만, 호텔 직원에게 물어보니 만실이라고 했고, 웹사이트를 확인해보니 이용 가능한 객실이 있었고 할인까지 적용되어 있었습니다(사진 제공). 이에 대해 직원과 이야기했을 때, 객실 전체를 하룻밤 더 예약할 수 있다고 했는데, 이는 완전히 터무니없는 일입니다. 객실에 도착했을 때 퀴퀴하고 축축하고 곰팡이가 핀 냄새, 프랑스식 문에 쌓인 먼지, 샤워실과 바닥 타일이 깨져 있었습니다(이로 인해 우리 일행 중 한 명이 넘어져 무릎에 멍이 들었습니다. 사진 제공). 샤워실을 조사하기 전에 4번이나 수리/도움을 요청했지만, 타일과 냄새는 조사되지 않았습니다. 우리 일행 모두 알 수 없는 출처에서 나온 크고 붉은색의 물린 자국이 생겼습니다. 호텔의 공용 구역은 꽤 괜찮고, 이용할 수 있는 다양한 것들이 있습니다. 엔터테인먼트는 괜찮았고 수영장은 얼어붙었지만 괜찮았습니다. 공용 구역의 유일한 문제점은 수영장 옆 구역과 일부 침대에 동물의 똥이 묻어 있다는 것입니다. 뷔페에는 다양한 음식이 있었고 잘 비축해 두었지만 아이스크림은 항상 녹았고 아침과 점심 옵션은 조용하고 반복적이었습니다. 스낵 바를 이용할 수 있지만 마지막 날에야 그 시간과 장소를 알려주었습니다. 음료는 괜찮은 양을 제공하지만(때로는 너무 강함) 돈을 낸 만큼의 가치를 얻는 것이 좋습니다. 상점에는 기본적인 필수품이 있고 구내에 좋은 작은 터치가 있습니다. 주의해야 할 또 다른 사항은 우리가 방문하는 동안 호텔 안팎에서 길고양이를 허용했고 더 큰 문제는 고양이 근처를 걸어갔을 때 물거나 쉿쉿거리는 것처럼 보였다는 것입니다. 우리는 또한 고양이가 방에 들어왔고, 고양이를 제거하려고 했을 때 물렸다고 말하는 다른 고객의 말을 우연히 들었습니다. 호텔의 위치는 가장 좋은 점 중 하나이며, 사 코마나 칼라 밀로르까지 도보로 10분 거리이거나 호텔이나 앱을 통해 예약한 택시로 6유로입니다. 4성급 호텔이라고 적혀 있다는 사실은 그렇게 느껴지지 않기 때문에 불안합니다. 불행히도 사진과 받은 내용이 일치하지 않습니다.

우리는 여기서 일주일을 보내고 방금 집으로 돌아왔습니다. 우리는 체크인을 위해 자정 무렵 늦게 도착했지만, 인사도 없었고, 리셉션 직원이 무례하고 환영하지 않아서 휴가의 분위기가 바로 정해졌습니다. 우리는 방이 어디에 있는지, 어떤 건물에 있는지 알려주지도 않았고, 다른 호텔 시설도 어디에 있는지 알려주지도 않았습니다. 우리가 늦게 도착했기 때문에 음식이 남겨져 있었지만, 차에서 남은 음식이었고 파리가 주변에 있어서 아무것도 먹지 않았습니다. 우리는 어차피 일찍 일어나기 때문에 머무는 동안 일광욕 의자를 구하는 데는 문제가 없었지만, 모든 호텔 투숙객에게 충분한 것은 확실히 아닙니다. 호텔은 매우 붐비고 수영장은 불편합니다. 한 번에 너무 많은 사람들이 있어서 수영조차 할 수 없습니다. 수영장은 사진보다 훨씬 작습니다. 수영장은 오전 10시에만 문을 엽니다. 이는 일찍 일어나 휴가를 최대한 활용하고자 하는 어린 자녀를 둔 사람들에게는 늦은 느낌이고 솔직히 말해서 항상 오전 10시에 문을 여는 것은 아니고 때로는 오전 10시에서 오전 10시 15분 사이에 문을 엽니다. 입원한 어린 자녀가 기다리고 있을 때는 어렵습니다. 올인클루시브 음식은 매우 반복적이고 명확하게 표시되어 있지 않습니다. 또한 레스토랑 규칙은 남성에게만 적용되고 여성에게는 적용되지 않는다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 남성은 조끼를 입을 수 없지만 여성은 비키니/수영복을 입어야 합니다. 제 파트너는 옆으로 끌려가 티셔츠를 입으라고 했지만 레스토랑에서 조끼를 입은 다른 남자들이 있었고 실제로 한 번에 4명이 더 있었지만 옷을 갈아입으라고 하지 않았습니다. 휴가 중에 칼라 밀로에서 두 번 외식을 했는데 정말 좋았고 강력히 추천합니다. 해변도 아름다운데 도보로 약 30분 또는 택시로 5분 거리에 있습니다. 영어: 저희 객실은 넓고 수납공간이 좋았지만 그다지 인상적이지 않았고, 매우 오래되었고, 천장에는 거미줄이 있었고, 머무는 동안 바닥은 한 번도 청소되지 않았고, 도착했을 때 불꽃이 튀는 플러그 소켓에 문제가 있었습니다. 11살짜리 아이와 함께 여행했는데, 그녀가 휴대전화를 충전하려고 했을 때 불꽃이 튀었습니다. 다른 플러그 소켓이 벽에서 빠졌고 헤어드라이어도 사용 중에 고장났습니다. 저녁에 호텔 주변에는 분위기가 없었고, 바가 닫히고 잠자리에 들도록 독려하기 위해 정확히 오후 11시에 조명이 꺼졌습니다. 늦게까지 깨어 있고 휴가를 즐기는 것은 바 직원들이 환영하지 않는다고 말할 수 있습니다. 바가 오후 11시에 올인클루시브 손님에게 문을 닫는 것이 매우 무례하다고 생각했지만, 음료 비용을 지불하고 올인클루시브가 아닌 우리 옆에 서 있는 사람들은 여전히 ​​서비스를 받고 음료를 살 수 있습니다. 이 호텔에 다시 가지 않을 것이고, 일주일 동안의 체류를 최대한 활용했지만, 우리가 바랐던 것은 아니었습니다.

We are not normally people to complain, but this hotel was very poor considering it was supposedly a 4*. I would push at a 3*. During our 7 night stay, we had 3 room changes and numerous rude interactions with the staff at reception, particularly Sergi who was very rude and not helpful. We booked a studio and were given 2 ground floor rooms (which wasn’t the problem). But it became evident very quickly that there was a clear ant infestation as both rooms we were given on ground floor were covered with thousands of ants. The first room we were given had a broken lock on the back door which also disabled the air conditioning from working, alongside damaged bedside and kitchen cabinets. We were told the maintenance team would be there in 10 minutes to fix the door, but 3 hours later nobody had arrived. We requested a room change as we didn’t feel safe leaving the room and all our belongings in an unlockable room which was accessible from the balcony. We were moved to another ground floor studio which was mouldy and also infested with ants. We tolerated the ants outdoors as there is nothing we could do about that, but it became a problem when they started invading the room and covering all of our clothes and belongings. This is where the staff became very rude and told us that “we are on an island with ants and mosquitos so there is nothing we can do”. Whilst the ants and mosquitos did not bother us, it became a problem when they were uncontrollably entering the room from the balcony even when the doors were shut. When I went to reception, reluctantly we were given a bottle of bug spray to spray around the balcony door and inside the room which killed the ants in the room but didn’t stop them from entering. We went back to reception the next day and asked for a room off the ground floor as the ants were clearly a ground floor issue, but we were offered a third ground floor flat, and at this point we had learnt our lesson to check the room before moving in and yet again this third room was also infested with ants both on the balcony and in the room itself. We refused the room and finally got a room on the second floor and there was not an ant in sight. Not only did we not have an ant infestation, the cleaners also made more of an effort. Whilst on the ground floor, cleaners only changed the bathroom towels and didn’t make the bed or clean anything, but in our second floor room our bed was made, towels changed, room cleaned, glass on balcony wiped and even swept the floors. It looks like the more money you pay for the room the more effort the cleaners put in which is appalling. If the cleaners made more effort on the ground floor rooms, maybe the ants wouldn’t be such a problem? Throughout my stay, I spoke to multiple other people who were staying in a ground floor room and also had issues with ants. Consequently, the staff should be more approachable and understanding when dealing with these complaints as it is clearly a hotel issue. Ove

A perfect family holiday! Wonderful hotel, amazing staff Loved the yoga and kids club! Highly recommended for families 10 relaxing days .We spent 10 days at this hotel and couldn't be happier. The staff are amazing, I did yoga every morning outside which was an amazing way to start the day. The two ladies that took the yoga classes were called Victoria, Lourana and marina, they also did all the children’s clubs. The way they interacted with the children was amazing, my daughter's confidence over the 10 days amazed me the ladies even managed her to do karaoke which is something she would have never dared do. Overall the food was lovely something for everyone. The location is 10 minutes from the beautiful clear water and soft white sunny beach. The meal time staff were all very friendly and polite, and the room was cleaned daily.

The hotel and staff are lovely, entertainment staff are good fun for both adults and children, beds are comfy, clean apartments and cleaned as often as you like, all inclusive well worth it as different themed food each night and lots of choice! Short walks to Sa Coma and the beaches, plenty available to do in the surrounding area. Would recommend

If you are going here for room only it’s ok. DO NOT GO ALL INCLUSIVE. The all inclusive food is dreadful and just not worth the money. The buffet food is dreadful and although difficult to be worse the bar snacks managed it. Our room was comfy. Couldn’t use the balcony cause of the ants. The pool was very busy and it was difficult to get sun loungers especially at the weekend. In a quiet spot though just a short walk / taxi from Calla Millor. But really I wouldn’t go back
