픽업서비스 갖춘 인기 칼라 이온가 호텔

작년에 여기에 머물면서 즐거운 시간을 보내고 다시 예약했습니다. 나는 트윈 룸을 예약했고 온라인 사진은 발코니를 보여줍니다. 도착하자마자 우리는 열린 창문, 발코니 또는 테라스가없는 상자 방을 받았습니다. 우리가 예약하거나 기대했던 것이 아닙니다. 불평하고 방 변경을 요청했을 때 리셉션의 Racquel은 우리가 지불 한 방과 호텔 전체에 사용할 수있는 방이 없다고 말하는 데 매우 무례하고 도움이되지 않았습니다. 첫째, 나는 그 방을 예약하지 않았다는 이메일 증거를 가지고 있었고 온라인으로 그날 밤 호텔을 위해 방을 예약할 수 있었고 만석이 아니라는 것을 보여주었습니다. 매니저의 많은 번거로움과 도움으로 우리는 마침내 다음날 방을 옮겼습니다. 잘 보낸 휴가를 위한 모든 이상적인 조건을 갖춘 호텔에서 환상적인 한 주. 좋은 위치, 멋진 수영장 및 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 덜 유쾌한 것은 수영장 애니메이션에서 이른 아침 귀머거리 소리였습니다. Trip.com 예약이 ”12:00까지 체크 아웃”이라고 말할 때 ”늦은 체크 아웃”(오전 11시 35 분)에 대해 20 유로를 지불하게 한 호텔의 SUB-DIRECTOR의 불편하고 학대적이며 위압적이며 무례한 태도였습니다. 금액이 아닌 태도에 대해 불평하는 긴 토론 끝에 우리는 경찰에 신고해야 했고 무능한 부지사는 돈을 돌려야 했습니다.

2023년도에 오픈한 하이드 이비사의 객실은 칼라 이온가 여행을 특별하게 만들어 드립니다.호텔은 이비사공항에서 약 19km 정도 거리에 있습니다. 가까운 공항은 이비사공항이며, 호텔에서 약 19km 정도 떨어져있습니다. Mirador Cala Llonga, Túnel Cala Blanca, Cala Blanca 등 유명 관광지들이 모두 근처에 있어, 알찬 여행을 즐기실 수 있습니다.호텔의 다양한 시설을 이용하여 여가시간을 보낼 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 주차 공간을 제공합니다.

호텔은 친절하고 친절한 직원들과 함께 훌륭했습니다. 위치는 해변에서 이상적이었고 여전히 이비자 마을 (15 분)으로 걸어 갈 수있을만큼 가깝습니다. 내가 비판을한다면 수영장 지역이 너무 작아서 적절한 햇볕 침대를위한 충분한 공간이 없습니다. 갑판 의자 만. 객실 내 차와 커피 메이커 시설도 좋을 것 같습니다.

Staff are friendly and helpful, check in really quick & easy and room has everything you need. Nice swimming pool and chill area for during the day! Close to the sea front and to clubs like Ocean Beach, Cafe Mambo/Mint, etc. Would definitely stay again. :)

매우 훌륭하고 우리가 가고 싶은 나이트 클럽 Ushuaia와 매우 가까우며 호텔의 전체 식사, 좋은 식사 및 전용 해변이 있습니다. 완벽한.

It was very noisy late at night with kids making a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning. There was no hair dryer in the room, a €20 deposit was required for something so basic. The fridge was leaking onto the floor making it unsafe and slippery to walk on.

The hotel is probably in one of the best position of the island if your holiday goal is to go the most famous discos of Ibiza, since we only take a taxi to spend the evening at Pacha. To this, there are also other factors that make the choice of the hotel a good one. The aspect that I most appreciated is the kindness and the willingness of the staff member, in particular the woman who is charge of breakfast and the receptionist. Our room was small but functional, the only lack is probably that of a nightstand beside the bed. Breakfast was abundant and tasty, there’s also the possibility of going to the hotel pool if you’re not interested in swimming in the sea.

We found the hotel pretty good, basic but clean. Useful to have the kitchenette in such hot weather. Pool area very quiet when we were there, tended to be busier in the afternoons where small groups would come and play music. I think as there’s no bar it would put some people off but we like the quiet during the day. Close to lots of amenities 5 mins walk, mini markets, shops, bars, restaurants etc. 5-10 mins walk to beach but bit further if you want a sunbed. Took us approx. 40 mins to walk to main bars such as Ibiza Rocks etc. which is a bit much in the heat of the day. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area if you don’t want a big night in the main Bay Area. Considering it’s San Antonio it was pretty quiet at night only one or two doors being slammed and people laughing and shouting so got pretty good sleep here if you’re wanting that.

Firstly, let me say this ... whoever took the photos of this hotel and edited them deserves a pay rise because they are a genius. I'm not even angry about the fact I paid almost 600 euros to stay here for a few nights, I'm disappointed at the fact the owners of this hotel can get away with being so deceitful. The photos you see online, in my opinion are not of the hotel you will be staying at if you book here. I've added some photos to this review which will show you what the hotel actually looks like, if you can even call it a hotel. Before I continue, I will say that the staff on reception, and the cleaning staff in general are really good, in fact they did they're absolute best to accommodate us when everything started to go wrong. I blame the management and owners of this hotel entirely. To cut to the chase: We travelled with a large group of people and upon arrival were given our rooms. The majority of the air conditioning units did not work and other rooms were offered, however those units didn't either and instead banged and clanged and spat out ice all over the floor multiple times. One member of our group couldn't get another room so had to sleep with his HEAD IN THE FRIDGE to cool down. I am not making this up, nor could you if you tried. There were cupboards hanging off the wall, the rooms were dark and dingy, the hotel is SO noisy that someone closing a door two floors up sounds like a gun shot, not to mention the fact the walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything going on up and down the hotel. I found it incredibly hard to sleep at this hotel, as people were coming and going at all hours which made it unbearable at times. The window in our room didn't shut or lock properly and the reception staff are very clear on keeping your valuables inside the room safe ... I wonder why when the windows don't lock. The beds are solid as a rock, the pillows are like biscuits and every piece of furniture in the rooms is dated and grubby. Overall, the management of this place should be utterly ashamed of themselves for allowing people to hand over their money to stay here. Pay a little bit more and stay elsewhere, I really wish we had done.
