Aardig hotel, niet speciaals. Prima ontbijt, wel erg druk. Veel Engelse gasten.

Well this was a last minute family 5 day vaca. I flight was a night flight so got there late (11.30pm). From the start the reception was warm and welcoming. We were shown to our room. And headed down to the bar for a night cap. The rooms were clean & well presented, basic but everything in order for what we needed, we had a large balcony and a kitchenette, bathroom good shower toilet etc. The food was of plenty, great choices, salad bar, multiple choice of breakfast, main dishes, side dishes & desserts. A huge bread selection & decent size cold meat & cheese selection. Drinks of plenty juices, wines. Fizzy pops. coffee water etc again clean and well supplied staff &kitchen staff amazing & attentive. Huge pool in main area life guards on duty. round back tennis/basketball/football court. Small shallow family pool with slide for wee children. Snack bar with multiple choice of testy treats including cake’s& fruit Entertainment all day from the two lovely ladies, Huge shout out to Maribel and Natalie they were fantastic with the kids & keeping the rest of us entertained couldn’t of asked for better. Bar staff are amazing and friendly. In all value for money, clean very well staffed great working family. I couldn’t of asked for more. We had the one & only mishap was a small leak due to a day of heavy thunder and rain was a small leak in the room nothing to have moaned about though as everything else was superb the good out weighed the minor 1 bad thing by far. So thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely be back, room c7 may25 11th/16th x

Did not expect alot ;pleasantly surprised: good rooms (with air con /tv /safe;at extra cost) large terrace.lots of steps everywhere, but pre warned ! Everywhere so clean ;beautiful swimming pool (cold!) lots of sunbeds and terraces .food was exceptionally good ;plenty of choice .staff were always helpful, (especially Henneke on reception)nothing was too much trouble . Thank you for a lovely vacation .

I stayed here with my wife last June for a cheap week away. Firstly the staff are lovely and work really hard and make you feel welcome. The food is fine, plenty of options, fresh salad bar and fruit and bakery items along with chefs that cook fresh meats. The pool area is good, little hotel bar, plenty of sunbeds and a big pool, no issues at all. The guest areas in the hotel are clean and well kept. The location is about a 5 min - 10 min walk to the beach depending on how quick you walk, its a bit of a hill but nothing major and certainly not as dramatic as previous reviews suggest. The negatives with the hotel, the rooms , we stayed in one of the better all inclusive rooms, we did have a good suntrap for the afternoon sun BUT the rooms need upgrading, they appear about 20 years old, smell quite dank and the aircon does not work properly, I think our room was cleaned once in a week. The rooms simply aren't at the standard as the rest of the hotel and i get you don't spend loads of time in your room but still they are sub par. I would return to hotel if the rooms did get an upgrade. One other thing, it's a lottery where you're put in the hotel, we stayed in the furthest block on the complex which takes about 5 mins from pool to the top of a mountain of stairs, don't forget anything in your room or you'll be spending another 10 mins to get back to the pool.

The hotel was lovely me my mother and my mothers partner went for 5 days. The rooms were clean but very empty but it was okay if you were only in there to sleep and get change the food was nice enough only thing that i say was a downer was the flies around the pool and the canteen and also the ants, i had ants in my room which i did report. But other than that the staff were friendly only thing i would say they need some more entertainment around the pool during the day as all the entertainment was in the night! But other than that i had a lovely time and would definitely go again!

The hotel was clean and welcoming upon arrival. The staff were very informative and advised us on everything we needed to know. The pool area and bar was great, easy to access and clean. Plenty of seats at the pool bar and beds to sunbathe. The food was great with plenty of options to choose from daily. If you fancy a change the main beach front is 10min walk away. The rooms were clean but very basic. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it was ideal to sleep and get changed. The entertainment was ok but if you are looking for very lively it did really have that vibe. If you like to adventure out there is a ferry that takes you to other ports or a taxi is easily accessible. Some rooms are up on a hill (100+) so if you find that difficult I would recommend advising the hotel at booking. The rooms could do with a mini fridge to keep water cold, especially if high up because the last this you want to do is walk down those steps again.
