조금 오래되었고 포함되어 있어서 식사를 좀 했는데 식사는 맛있었고 리조트 주차장에 있는 일반적인 위치에 있는 호텔이지만 건물 앞에는 여러 개의 소셜 주차장이 있습니다. 차를 주차할 수 있습니다.

Hotel is very clean, the all inclusive food is about the standard of a 3 star hotel. What we ate was fine, plenty of choice. We did eat out a few evenings out of choice which we planned to do anyway, but overall the food was plentiful, hot and good enough. The noise from outside the hotel woke us up early each morning. First night, a gardener cutting the trees woke us at 8am. Second night, cars using their horns around 8am, this is by no means a hotel fault! It couldn't be helped. Third night, which sounded like a cleaner using a vacuum as early as 8am? On the last day at 10.15am prior to checkout the cleaner walked into the room expecting us to be out, we were semi dressed which was slightly embarrassing! Surely cleaner shouldn't be going into the room until after the 11am checkout time? The close area to the hotel is very clean and lovely, although on a cold, cloudy day, we struggled to find something to do within the area as we had already visited the marina the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this area for children as close by there is very little else to do other than beach or swimming pool activities. If I were to stay in cala d'Or again I'd consider renting a car so we had more freedom to visit further. Overall, the hot is fab, we really couldn't complain at all for the price we paid.

If you're looking for a cheap all inclusive holiday with excellent customer service, a pool, and an amazing kids club you won't be disappointed! We booked 5 days all inclusive for 3 adults and 1 child  My parents and my son are fussy eaters but they found something to eat everyday we were there  We were near the beach which was great but other than the train/bus tour ride there wasn't a lot for my 9 year old to do nearby. The kids club (mini club) provided by the hotel was excellent and my son really enjoyed spending 2 hours there but it's only on selected days.  We visited 8-13 April 2025 and the outdoor pool was very cold but isn't a lot worse than a lot of UK leisure centre swimming pools.  You may hear a bit of noise from drunk guests or locals but my son is a light sleeper and slept through everything. The hotel is huge and a bit of a maze! The gentleman who greeted us was helpful in marking out areas on the paper map when we arrived but being shown to our rooms would have reduced stress levels a lot. We were very happy overall and would definitely recommend the place and the amazing hard working staff who are excellent 

I am here now. It’s true it’s a very basic hotel regarding the rooms etc but they are comfortable and clean! Bed nice and comfy! 9 of us came, 5 adults, 2 x 15 year olds and a 2 and 6 year old. We were in rooms 201,203 and 205 and first night here they had karaoke and the walls were vibrating in 201 til late, I could hear it very clearly in the other rooms but we took ear plus thank god and worked a treat! So if you want quiet at night don’t go in any of these rooms! I was told when it’s this time of year they do tend to have the entertainment in that part of hotel but warmer season is downstairs so might be ok in those rooms then! Also my daughters room (203) absolutely reeked of stale smoke so I’m assuming a previous occupant was smoking in there which is unfortunate, no fault on the management they can’t see what people are doing behind closed doors! So made sure doors were left open to get the air in and sprayed some air freshener. Obviously it’s quiet this time of year so no issue with getting sun beds. Food is great, something for everyone. The snack bar is your usual burgers, nuggets, fries, etc. Staff are absolutely great, friendly and helpful. I asked for a kettle and more pillows and had these in my room within half hour. Would we come back? Yes we would! This hotel is in a lovely area with the most beautiful beach on the doorstep and lots of shops and restaurants within a 5/10 min walk, some closed due to time of year but were told alot more opening today. We are all happy and wished we booked longer than 5 days!

The only bad points at this hotel are dated rooms in the lower ground floor with too old furniture and wobbly metal bunk beds which are not very safe, nor comfortable for children. All the other things are impressive. Perfect location, just next to a beautiful , sandy beach. Nice food in the restaurant, good entertainers who my kids loved, lots of sports and game activities, beautiful surroundings, swimming pools with warm water. Staff are also kind and friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day.

We came home yesterday from a one week all inclusive stay. We are a family of 5. The good points were: the entertainment for kids and adults at night had a theme each night and enjoyable and the entertainment team were great with the kids. The location is central to bars, restaurants and beaches. The bad points were: The receptionists were extremely slow, we waited for an hour to check in at 23:00 hours at night after travelling all day. We had to fill In forms that could have been filled in while waiting in the Que to speed up the process. We also had to wait for 45 minutes to check out. Check out early as you could miss your transfer. We asked for a late check out and it was declined as the hotel was full, to later find out other people did get a late check out. In general, the receptionists were unfriendly and curt. There was few options for food, there was maybe one option for meat or fish for lunch and dinner. It was tasteless and there was Pepsi not coke. We ended up eating out 5 of the 7 nights as the food was plain and repetitive. The beer was very gassy. The mattress was ROCK hard. We were in a one bedroom apartment, our kids were on the couch which was a bit more comfortable but there was a full week of broken sleep. The air conditioner did not work. The kitchen equipment lacked the ability to make food and what equipment was there had rust on it and unusable. In case this is helpful, Cala D’or is expensive for food and drink we paid about €40 for breakfast, €50 for lunch and €100 for dinner. For people travelling to Ireland, Tobacco was cheaper in the tobacco shops in Cala D’or - €75 for 5 50g packets of Amber leaf, €76 for 200 B&H gold. It was €99 in the airport for the Amber leaf and €87 for 200 B&H. For the UK, it was cheaper to get your tobacco at the airport, it was €72 for the tobacco in the airport.
