We stayed at this hotel recently and were quite disappointed. First, we chose this hotel specifically because the website says it has air conditioning, but when we arrived, we were told that our particular room did NOT have air conditioning, that "only some rooms" have air conditioning. To make matters worse, the room we were given was on the ground floor, right by the entrance, with a sliding glass door. The choice that night, then, was to open the door for fresh air and to feel unsafe, or to close the door and sweat all night long. We chose the former option, but it meant we had to sleep with one eye open, and endure the noise of people coming and going through the front door. Worst of all, the manager, Patricia, was very unfriendly and unhelpful. When I told her that my lost luggage might be delivered by the airline to the hotel, her response was "Well there's no telling what will happen to it if it is -- you may be quite unhappy with the result." Where is the professionalism of her position in such a response? Needless to say, we were glad to leave the hotel, and to continue our vacation in hotels with kinder, more responsive staff.

A lovely clean hotel with great facilities and staff. Lovely outside pool area and the whole thing was great value for money! We were only bad and breakfast but the breakfast was excellent and lots of it. A lovely 10 minute riverside walk into the pretty town.

We stayed in this hotel for the third time and had a brilliant time again. The owners are very friendly and the food (demi-pension) was delicious. We used the spa and swimming pool as the weather was very good. Our room (with balcony) at the back overlooked the terrace and swimming pool. The bathroom is small and could do with just a shower in stead of a shower over bath. Overall an excellent hotel and we will certainly come back.

Toujours très bien reçu sourire du personnel ainsi que la directrice qui vs reçoit endroit propre et calme demi pension tout à fait correct tout le monde est bien à l'écoute des vacanciers je recommande cet endroit la piscine juste magnifique

De passage dans la région pour une escapade moto. Sans réservation, l'accueil pour une nuit a été très chaleureux. La literie est confortable et la chambre est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est convenable. Seul petit bémol : il faut libérer la chambre pour 10h, dommage quand on veut prendre son temps.

Si la bâtisse peut paraître austère, toute en lignes droites avec l' alignement des fenêtres un rien rigide, vous serez rapidement enchanté dès le seuil franchi, par l'accueil réservé mais souriant, la qualité de la décoration (sculptures et meubles d'artistes remarquables), les volumes des lieux à l'agencement audacieux où, tout communique et tout est agréablement cloisonné (à retenir un espace de lecture très "bibliothèque"), les baies donnant sur le parc ... Quant aux chambres, lit parfait, décoration sobre, netteté impeccable; le petit plus le service pour un petit café ou thé de bienvenue que vous pourrez déguster sur ce qui est le grand plus : le balcon-terrasse qui ouvre sur le parc et la piscine. Seul bémol, un petit rafraichissement serait nécessaire pour salle de bain et w.c qui ne sont pas au niveau du reste de l'établissement. Sans oublier le restaurant vraiment "gastronomique", du classique inventif : sérieux, superbe.
