호텔 플로라(Hotel Flora)

Restaurant was closed. Not what I expect from a 4 star. No tea or coffee in rooms and no complementary water. Hotel is nothing special as other reviews make you believe, but maybe it compares well to the others in Cagliari, I can’t say but they don’t look good from the outside. Slept well enough so was okay.

staff extremely friendly and welcoming. they stored our bike suitcases for 3 weeks without a fee. the restaurant was great; breakfast was very good, with a large variety of offerings. location was very convenient, and the hotel was easy to find.

Lovely charming hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, it exceeded our expectations. Its a 30 second walk from the main restaurant scene yet far enough away that its peaceful at night. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful balcony. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

This was our first experience of a hotel-based holiday with the family and Hotel Flora was the perfect spot for a city-based experience. The staff we're so welcoming, friendly and helpful. When a few things went wrong with the facilities, those were fixed quickly and when we wanted help with arranging excursions or advice on somewhere to eat, we got some really good recommendations. The rooms (junior suite) were impressive with a good lounge space on one level and a separate bedroom up above with a spacious and well equipped bathroom. The hotel was also very close to the train station and bus terminals (walking distance), giving easy access to the local beaches and beyond. Breakfast came with the room and there was a good selection of continental and cooked breakfast available. We also ate once at the restaurant, which was a super experience, the food was great and service excellent. Truly a lovely stay, great value and thoroughly recommended.

The hotel is in a good location close to a main area with lists of restaurants however the experience could have been more pleasant. The front desk refused to give us any information regarding restaurants in town. We just came from the airport and we’re very thirsty and asked for water she said that we can find it in the room for a cost . No upgrades or perks in the VIP status. The first impression set the tone so I don’t plan on going back , maybe your experience will be better.

Old style hotel in the heart of Cagliari. Helpful staff and good location. Loved the terrace of our our room! Beds were good but a chair on the balcony is broken and not replaced. Nice bathrooms. Good breakfast. This place could be awsome if the garden patio was given some attention i.e painting, flowers and a general fix up of the reception area and so forth.

Lovely hotel! So close to everything and staff was kind and helpful.
