NEW Luxurious Beach House w/Pool & Spa! Built with the family/group in mind but is also the perfect romantic getaway for a couple. The 3rd level boasts 2 master suites w/in suite baths and the main master offers a large balcony w/views of the ocean. The 2nd level offers the main living spaces (great room/kitchen/dining) along w/2 BR's, 1.5 BA's, laundry room & spacious balcony w/ lounge/dining furniture. The 1st level has a 2nd living, 5th BR & full bath as well as mini kitchen w/fridge.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.No baby gate at stairs or pool as fyi.About customRules:- Please limit noise after 9pm as neighbors appreciate there not being too much noise at night.
- NO EVENTS OR PARTIES.- NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND
- Max Occupancy 2 transient occupants per sleeping room or common area (max 10), excluding children 12 years of age and under,- Max of 7 vehicles on the Property. No parking in the street.
