⚠️여성 고객께 경고 – 이 호텔의 여성 사우나는 추천하지 않습니다.
저희 어머니는 이 호텔 여성 사우나에서 여행 중 가장 충격적이고 불쾌한 경험을 했습니다. 어머니의 말에 따르면, 한 여성 직원이 허락 없이 머리에서 머리끈을 직접 빼냈고, 샴푸를 손에 짜 주며 머리를 감고 수영복을 벗으라고 반복해서 요구했습니다.
수영복을 벗어야 했다면 어머니는 스스로 충분히 할 수 있었습니다. 그런데도 직원은 샤워 공간에서 바로 옆에 서서 어머니가 수영복을 벗는 동안 자리를 떠나지 않았습니다. 이로 인해 어머니는 사생활과 개인적인 경계가 침해되었다고 느꼈고, 매우 수치스럽고 불편했다고 말했습니다.
사우나 이용 규칙은 영어로 안내되지 않았으며, 대안도 제시되지 않았습니다. 머리를 감아야 했다면 샤워캡도 제공되거나 구매할 수 있다는 안내도 없었습니다. 결국 어머니는 너무 큰 충격을 받아 울면서 사우나를 떠났고, 시설은 전혀 이용하지 못했습니다. 또한 직원이 머리끈을 뺀 후 그 머리끈도 분실되었습니다.
저희는 즉시 호텔 측에 이 사건을 신고했습니다. 호텔은 조사하겠다고 했지만, 조사 결과에 대해 어떠한 후속 설명이나 피드백도 제공하지 않았습니다. 저희는 이 문제가 진지하게 다뤄지지 않았다고 느꼈습니다.
저는 이 호텔의 여성 사우나를 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 부산에는 더 나은 위생 관리와 더 전문적이고 친절한 고객 서비스를 제공하는 다른 사우나들이 많이 있습니다. 저희 경험으로는 다른 사우나를 선택하는 것이 훨씬 나은 선택입니다. 이번 경험은 여행의 마지막을 완전히 망쳤으며, 전체적으로 매우 실망스럽고 불쾌한 경험이었습니다.

My mother had the worst experience of our trip in the women’s sauna. According to her, an elderly staff member entered her personal space, physically removed the hairband from her hair without her consent, put shampoo into her hands, and repeatedly insisted that she wash her hair and remove her swimsuit despite her objections.
If my mother was required to remove her swimsuit, she was fully capable of doing so herself. There was absolutely no reason for the staff member to remain standing next to her in the shower while she undressed. This left her feeling exposed, humiliated, and that her privacy and personal boundaries had been violated.
The sauna rules were not explained in English, and no alternatives were offered. A shower cap was not provided or offered as an alternative if washing her hair was required. She became so distressed that she left the sauna crying without ever using the facilities. The hairband also went missing after the staff member removed it.
We immediately reported the incident to hotel management. Although they said they would investigate, they never followed up with us or provided any feedback about the outcome of the investigation. We were left feeling that our concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously.
I would not recommend this hotel’s women’s sauna to any female guest. There are many alternative saunas in Busan that offer better hygiene, more professional customer service, and a much more respectful experience. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend choosing another sauna instead. This was an awful experience overall and completely ruined the end of our trip.
