Waterfront Holiday Home ‘Sonnenschein’ (3 Persons) with Sauna

Sonnenschein is focussed entirely at the National Park Lauwersmeer. From the living room and the garden, you look directly at the water and in the distance you can see the flood gates at the sea harbor of Lauwersoog. The fenced garden of the chalet has a lot of places to sit in the sun at any time of the day and the gardenhouse has an infrared Sauna. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine and a dishwasher. Holiday home ‘sonnenschein’ is suitable for up to three persons. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bed of 80x200 and there’s a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and a washing machine. The house has a private shore at the lake (perfect for fishing, sailing or swimming) and the fenced garden is equipped with garden furniture and an outdoor grilling area. Parking space is available at the property as well. Internet, satellite tv and sauna are free of charge and baby cot and high chair are available on request. (Surroundings:) Oostmahorn is an old stronghold at the at the western side of the Lauwerslake with a rich history, dating back to the sixteenth century. Nowadays it’s a very pleasant tourist destination at the National Park Lauwersmeer, hosting several holiday resorts. The lake itself and the direct surroundings are a true paradise for nature lovers, fisherman, water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. Dogs are more than welcome here as well. There’s a special beach and a forest for them at Lauwersoog. Within a couple of hundreds of meters there are several playgrounds for children. At the beach, in the small resort ‘de Skâns’ and in Esonstad - which is a holiday resort build as a replica of a typical old Frysian city. In Esonstad you’ll even find a bouncy castle and an indoor playing hall and one can play golf and foot golf here at the local Pitch & Putt area. Renting a bicycle or e-chopper is also possible here.
