This home is modern and large plus a large balcony .It has a really nice feel. It’s just so warm and comfortable. There is a couch that you can just sit at watching tv or reading a book with the light peeking through the shutters. You can sit at the table with your computer, or cook with produce from a market nearby, even take a 5-10 minutes walk to city walk and have a blast over there. There are also many hiking trails near the area.ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIESThis brand new Home is just so convenient and comes with the whole package. It has a kitchen including a fridge, stove, sink, and microwave. 3 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed, a dresser, and a restroom with a shower. It includes two rooms with a balcony and a hallway in between.There is Alkaline water it’s the small drinking water faucet hot and cold. Healthy try it.OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. Once owned by the 60's band The Association ("Cherish", "Windy", "Never My Love"), this house has a long Rock n Roll history. David Crosby was introduced to Graham Nash by Mama Cass, who lived next door, at a party in this house. If you want everything new and shiny like The Four Seasons, you should book a room at The Four Seasons. This is a fun, rustic Rock 'n Roll Landmark house built in 1963, photographed by Linda McCartney in 1967 and featured in her book, "The Sixties".We are artist/filmmakers based in Western Mass, but we maintain a live/work studio called UndertheSign Studios in our Hollywood home and one or both of us may be working in LA during your visit. Our studio is separate from the house, so you will have total privacy there. The master bathroom is equipped with a steam in the rain shower room and a Jacuzzi bathtub, a self opening toilet with light an a bidet. The second bathroom has a rain shower, the third is a half bathroom for guest.
