I love the golden nugget! Always clean and pool is usually empty! They have the nicest pool from all the hotels there. Salt grass restaurant is also sooo good!

Great couples get away

Old school hotel, air conditioner didn’t work, Bubba Gump food to go was cold. In and out stay, slept well though.

My stay at the Golden Nugget, Laughlin was pleasant! The room was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly from the front desk to even the bar tenders in the ******. It is not completely new and updated but I still enjoyed my stay and it gave the old Nevada feel which I actually enjoyed! My only complaint was that the AC in my room (222) did not work at all and we woke up at 4am sweating bullets but luckily I just opened the window and it was fine. I would recommend Golden Nugget, Laughlin for anyone looking for a great priced get away. Thank you for having us!

I hace stayed here many times before without any issues but this time, we had all the issues at once. We had to change rooms because of a lack of cleanliness and no power. Then the shower broke in the changed room and the door lock! They treated us like criminals and made me cry trying to get into my own room, on my birthday, sending us back and forth from engineering to security and not being helpful, wasting our time. I was not happy.

I was in room 155. I could hear all the traffic above me. The bed was okay, however, I received serval bug bites on my back. There was no coffee in the room. I asked the House cleaning crew, however they couldn't speak English. So I had to go to the front desk. I found a roach in the toilet when I arrived at my room.

Decent large ******, if a bit dated. Stayed 2 nights, asked to have the room made up daily, then asked twice to have the room made up on the second day. Housekeeping just blew it off. The second time I called, they said, “sorry.”

3 night stay with close to $500 spent on 2 rooms, ******** in the ******, several meals in the hotels' restaurants, spending money at the bars and the last morning of our visit before the 11 a.m. check-out time, one of the rooms was robbed while we were away. Came back to the room to find the door ajar, resting on the bolt. Had to have been unlocked by an employee, someone with a key. The item stolen was of minimal value, thank goodness, due to the fact that the only thing left in our room was an ice chest. Contacted security in person and made a report. Turned over to risk management for an investigation. The big FU was the letter rec'd yesterday informing me of their offer of replacement of the item stolen, with a release letter to sign. My request was to be refunded for, not both rooms, but just the one vandalized, as we are not greedy. What this tells me is that the Golden Nugget is ok with employees violating their guests by stealing from occupied rooms, as long as the item is of little value. BEWARE YOU COULD BE NEXT AND IT MIGHT BE SOMETHING OF SIGNIFICANT VALUE.

Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Mattress needed to be flipped and a few pillows definitely had seen better days. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned during my stay. I found out it was supposed to be done daily.
