Every member of staff were so friendly stunning location and very nice food

Went for dinner at Rhinefield. Excellent food locally sourced and well produced. Chef came to explain menu and answer questions. Good wine list and prices reasonable. Staff very attentive and appeared to went to ensure the event went well. Definitely recommended.

Wow - just WOW! My wife and I spent just one night here to celebrate her special birthday and the whole experience was simply incredible. Yes, of course, the hotel is located in a beautiful part of the world and has interesting architecture and a quiet, cosy feeling, but the Rhinefield House Hotel is SO much more than than. Our room was just perfect, and what a wonderful touch for my wife to find a personal, handwritten birthday card from Gareth, the General Manager. Now that is just SPECIAL - thank you Gareth. It didn't stop there - we enjoyed a fantastic meal with stunning wines in the amazing Armada Restaurant and the staff were simply the best! Even random people we bumped into into the corridor were polite, courteous and friendly - but the reception and restaurant staff were wonderful, really wonderful! Topped off with a comfy bed and, of course, a delicious breakfast - this was the perfect way for my wife to celebrate her special day. Five stars seems rather inadequate, really! We have, of course, booked to come back in August to do it all again on our wedding anniversary! For a special occasion we cannot recommend the Rhinefield House enough but, if you are thinking of booking, remember that quality doesn't come cheap. Expensive, for some budgets, yes, but worth EVERY penny. Go for it!

My wife and I got married at Rhinefield in May 2024 and we can honestly say it was the most perfect day. From the locations, staff and weather, we couldn’t fault a thing. A special thank you to Annette, Mike our master of ceremonies and Tom for everything they did on the build up of the day and on our special day but also to all of the staff at Rhinefield. They made sure everything was organised in a timely manner to allow the day to flow smoothly and took all the stress off us so there was nothing to worry about. We have had such positive feedback from all of our guests. I (the groom) also stayed the night before with my wedding party, and the staff again went above and beyond to look after us and arranging a table for our big party for our meal, as well as setting a table up for us all for breakfast in the Alhambra room which was a nice and unexpected surprise. They arranged checking my bags out of the room and moving them to the bridal suite for me which took stress off me. My wife and I also loved the champagne and teddy bear with a stitched jumper with our names on, which was a lovely and unexpected gesture! We will definitely be back to stay and can’t wait to see all of the staff again.

We got married at Rhinefield and we cannot thank them more. The staff are second to none, Tom and Annette in particular are the absolute best, they were on hand all day to pick up anything and everything, making our wedding day utterly perfect! From the moment we booked in May 2023, we were so excited and convinced it was the venue for us, however our wildest dreams were met and then some! Annette and Tom are two of the best people and we cannot thank them and the rest of the team enough. My wife stayed the night before with her bridesmaid and they were treated to a wonderful time with a nice meal, spa access, and all the organising that you need when getting married. On the day itself we had such an amazing time, thanks to the support of Annette and the team, they were always on hand to grab us a drink, some canapés, to assist with any and all queries our guests had. Thanks to them we had the perfect wedding day. Thank you, Annette and team!

Visited for afternoon tea for my wife's birthday. We were very impressed with the menu and the service. Unusually there was a delicious hot course between the finger sandwiches and cakes. The dining room has a lovely atmosphere with views over the grounds. Would definitely return.

Beautiful venue for a Celebration.Our daughter & son in law celebrated their marriage over the weekend joined by family members . The hotel facilities were excellent and the staff attentive ,friendly & went out of their way at all times to make the weekend special . We all enjoyed our stay very much , we would highly recommend it

We organised our daughter’s wedding breakfast and reception at Rhinefield on the 24 May 24, and it was simply outstanding! All our guests were absolutely blown away by the stunning location, which was fully backed up by the great organisation, delivery, outstanding food and sublime accommodation. Our wedding coordinator, Annette, Master of Ceremonies, Mike, and Day Manager, Tom and the staff were perfect throughout, keeping our 100 guests fed and watered, but also making sure that each part of the day was executed to precision. It was a privilege to have such a professional staff planning, preparing and officiating the beautiful day. As a result of all of this, it was absolutely flawless from my perspective - enjoyed from Bride & Groom to every guest, and the feedback we have received has been outstanding. Some have even ventured that it is the “best wedding” they have ever attended. As Father of the Bride I was simply left to enjoy the day as the staff worked tirelessly to ensure our enjoyment. We were lucky to be upgraded to the Munro Suite which was a great gesture by the hotel, and certainly topped the excellent day to wake up to the bright blue sky and sun shining through the tops of the Canadian Redwoods, truly amazing! We would like to thank everyone who was involved in making the day happen, and cannot recommend the venue enough, perfection!! Thank you.
