시설은 완벽하고 위치는 매우 편리합니다. 찾기 쉽고, 셀프 서비스 양식을 확인하고, 몇시에 체크인 할 수 있으며, 방은 편안하고 조용합니다. 근처에 아주 좋은 바가 있으며 와인은 완벽합니다. 마지막으로 수프를 보냈습니다. 나는이 여행을 아주 좋아합니다.

Advantages - location - pretty close to the city center, good calm area - small hotel – not too many guests - cozy rooms - decent breakfasts – for its price - friendly personnel trying to help in any situation Drawbacks - “tired” interiors – it seems like most of the rooms require some renovation - problems with AC which was critical for us in Brno in June (30+ C outside) - lack of flexibility from the hotel’s management side I need to explain 2 last points. We were in Brno in June 2023 because of health treatment and didn’t know how long it would last, so we booked 6 non-refundable days in this hotel. We specifically chose hotel, not Airbnb, because we were familiar with local summer and wanted to have a room with AC. However, when we checked-in, it turned out that AC in our room doesn’t work which we hadn’t being told. Then it turned out that there was a big ACs replacement in the hotel at that time (without any notification during or after booking). We managed to get another room on the second night, and at the same got information from the clinic that we may go home after day 3. Via Booking we asked for partial refund because of the inconveniences with AC and partly because we checked-out after 3 nights while paid for 6. After that , I experienced 3 or 4 months (!!) of correspondence with Booking and the hotel management which from the very beginning was ready to refund but always had some technical problems, and in the end just disappeared. Lot of waisted time. Strongly do not recommend, as, unfortunately, with all the advantages I mentioned above , general impression is negative.

이 숙소는 악몽이었고 나를 믿어 - 나는 공주가 아니며 기대는 낮았습니다. 오랫동안 진공 청소기를 보지 못한 카펫이 더러워졌습니다. 냉장고가 있었지만 남자, 너무 역겨워했습니다. 샤워기가 새고, 씻을 때 물건을 넣을 곳이 없었고, 싱크대의 물은 차갑고 종이 타월이 없었습니다. 주방이 제대로 갖추어져 있지 않습니다. Wi-Fi가 작동하지 않았습니다. 최악의 부분은 그렇게 사려 깊은 손님을 만난 적이 없다는 것입니다. 여기에 뭔가 음영이 있는거지 한밤중에 술에 취한 아이들은 비명을 지르고, 사람들은 끊임없이 문을 두드리거나 부엌에서 자정에 2 시간 동안 스피커를 사용하여 누군가와 이야기하고있는 남자 (?!)는 잠을 잘 수 없게 만들었고 참을 수 없었습니다. 호스텔의 잘못은 아니지만 그 가난한 경험과 함께 24/7 리셉션의 부족도 도움이되지 않는다고 생각합니다. 모두가 원하는 것을하고 아무 것도 신경 쓰지 않습니다. 또한 많은 사람들이 머무는 동안 엘리베이터가 작동하지 않았다고 쓰고 있습니다. 그게 제대로 되는지 생각하게 해주는거죠? 어쨌든 지금도 질서가 떨어졌어요. 누구에게도 추천하지 않겠습니다. 그리고 가격도 그렇게 훌륭하진 않고, 저렴하고 더 좋은 곳을 많이 봤습니다.

국내 4성급 객실에 비해 객실은 비교적 단순하지만 필요한 것은 모두 갖추고 있으며 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 아침 식사는 매우 풍부하며 국내 5 성급에 대해 벤치마킹 할 수 있습니다.

We are a family of refugees from Ukraine. Upon arrival in Brno, we were lucky enough to spend a week in this lovely hotel! We had a cat and a dog with us, and fortunately, pets are allowed at this hotel. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Very large and comfortable beds, huge TV, balcony, bathroom… Delicious breakfasts and not only! But especially we want to note and thank the staff of the hotel. Absolutely all very polite and nice people! Waiters, maids, administrators, managers. Everyone! Separately, we want to thank the general manager, who helped us several times in solving some issues. The receptionist girl who helped organize transport for us. The waiter who always smiled and treated the kids (and us) with goodies. You all are super! Thank you a lot! We really hope to live in your hotel again, but not as refugees, but as guests. :-) Prosperity to you and all the best!

Calm and well located. Staff really friendly and ready to help. Breakfast quality level was good. I appreciate that you have a iron and an iron table for the business trip. Few hotels have this in the room.
