Fabulous experience for my first time Bridlington journey

This was very much a last minute thing for the bank holiday weekend. Never considered bridlington before, and had no idea what to expect. What we found there was even better than expected! Beautiful beaches, super friendly atmosphere, plenty to do - especially with kids. There was way more than we had anticipated. When we arrived at Home and Away, the location was fantastic. Less than 5 minutes to the beach and within walking distance of everything. The room was perfect for our needs and Teresa who runs the guest house was really welcoming. Our room had a super comfy bed and was a good size. With a microwave and fridge in there as well, it meant if we needed to, we had somewhere to keep drinks cool and heat through food. We had a fantastic couple of days and that was helped immensely by having somewhere so nice to stay. If I had any gripe, the parking was a bit of a nightmare. We weren't able to park outside so had to park a few streets away and walk along with the bags. Not a big deal for us at all, but something to be aware of.

Theresa the host was lovely and welcoming. The room and en suite were spotless. The bed and pillows were so comfy. Everything you need was provided, microwave, kettle, fridge it was like home from home . Thanks for everything Theresa, we will definitely be back. Baz and Jackie, South Yorkshire

Lovely, comfy, well equipped room. Good quiet location - close to the seafront. Friendly host. Great to have a fridge & microwave, along with access to plates & cutlery. Great to have a discount card for some of the local places - although we didn't discover it until we were leaving ! Parking not an issue. Definitely recommend.

Been to home and away four times. Now and every time is a plessure very welcoming and very friendly nice and clean and upto date place I ll be going bk very soon 😊 there is parking bike hire discount card for cafes and shows really great experience

Definitely a great place to stay and feel at home whilst away! Perfect location for accessing the beach, seafront and Bridlington spa. Theresa is a brilliant host, very welcoming and takes pride in her clean and comfy rooms. I didn't make use of the bike hire but maybe next time. Highly recommend whether on holiday or working in the area.
