This is a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment with a queen-sized bed. Located just minutes off Route 4 between Woodstock and Killington. It is convenient for mountains, lakes, and more. It is a great place for a trip skiing, hiking, biking, kayaking, or horseback riding. The apartment has a small kitchen. It has almost everything you need to make a meal except the food. Curtis and I live in the yellow house across the driveway and welcome any requests you might have. We are located on a dead-end country road, on 10 acres of quiet and enjoyable land. The feedback from guests says we are very clean, cozy, comfortable, and perfect for their getaways. We are dog friendly and guests enjoy the large amount of space for walking their dogs or letting them run, About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Total of two people allowed.About customRules:YOU MAY NOT CHARGE AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE ON THE PROPERTY..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.
