在這邊經常住的酒店 乾淨衞生也安靜

The hotel is bright and modern with lovely furnishings in the public areas and bedrooms. However it has been one of my worst stays anywhere for sometime... Showerhead pointed out of bath and flooded bathroom, hairdryer had a 2 pin European plug so couldn't be used. A constant drip from.the gutterering all night led to a very unsettled sleep. Breakfast... quite simply dont have it. We booked.a table.for 9am meaning an hours service left for breKfast. Half the restaurant (which is small) was still laid for evening meal meaning people couldn't sit down without a lot of disruption and queuing. 3 waiting staff on duty but noone manging the restaurant. 2 crusts of bread left for toast, a handful of pastries left, no eggs left, and as the hot 'buffet' items were replenished the waiting staff tipped the new food on top of the almost empty dishes meaning food at the bottom has been there for some time and is very hard and congealed. At check out the receptionist did apologise and refunded the price of the breakfast which was appreciated. However, I would not stay here again as the service did not represent previous experiences with Best Western and fell very short of that.
