If this unit is not the very nicest in Giant Steps, it has to be near the top of the list. This unit was completely remodeled with completion in January 2014. This remodel included new lighting, flooring, cabinets, doors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and walk in tile showers in both the master and guest bathroom.This unit has it's own dedicated wireless access to the internet so you don't have issues accessing the internet through the shared complex router.This unit has been furnished with a new pillow top queen mattress in the master bedroom and all new linens and towels. This quaint & cozy condo has recently been renovated in late 2019. It has beautiful new hardwood laminate flooring and all new appliances in the kitchen and bath. The condo is located at Cedar Breaks Lodge and it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults, or five if you have small children. DETAILS: Two all-new queen-size mattresses, with memory foam toppers. Entertainment center with 35 inches flat-screen TV and DVD Player, small kitchenette, bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a small eating area with a table and chairs. This is an all-season resort. July 4th is a highlight with many activities and fireworks at the resort. The Grand Canyon is approximately 3.5 hours from the condo. Panguitch Lake is well known for its huge cutthroat, tiger, and rainbow trout, just a 35-45-minute drive from the condo. As well for an interesting trip take a detour on the way there to mammoth creek caverns for some awesome family-friendly cave exploration. Welcome to our “Cinema Condo”! After renting many places in Brian Head over several years, we purchased this unit and incorporated all the amenities we wanted into one fantastic vacation rental. Plus, we host a fun "Cinema" theme throughout, where you can test your movie knowledge and discover a variety of nostalgic film references in each room. We are in Giant Steps Building 1 on the first floor. This is the closest ski-in / ski-out residential building on the mountain. You literally walk down the hall and can be at the Giant Steps Express lift in under 3 minutes. (Yes, we timed it… and if you are visiting in the summer and not carrying skis/snowboards through snow, you can get there in less than a minute.) The Snow Tubing Park is halfway between the Cinema Condo and the Giant Steps Express lift (a good 20 -30 second walk from our door). An epic sledding hill for the kids is also right outside, so feel free to use the sleds on our porch. After an awesome time out on the slopes, take the “Shotgun” trail down the mountain and ski/board or mountain bike back to the doorsteps of our building.As you prepare your meals in our fully stocked kitchen, with an air fryer, crockpot, toaster, oven, and microwave - take turns playing the old-school Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) or "Back to the Future" monopoly with your friends and family. The "Office Space" working desk with a wall-attached monitor is also there if you need to get TPS reports or other work done during your stay.Enjoy all your streaming platforms on our 4k TV while sitting by the fireplace... or explore the "Owner's Movie Essentials" selection of Blu-ray/DVDs curated by the owners (2 entertainment industry professionals). After playing Top Gun (on either the NES or TV), put on your bathing suit and stop by the photo of "The Hustler" (Paul Newman) as you exit... because that’s where you’ll find the pool cues.
