This Corner unit allows for ocean views from kitchen, both bedrooms, living room and dining room. Pack n play also available for infants. Please note there is only one parking space per unit. There is one designated parking spot under front canopy for you, #32. Small dogs are allowed, under 35 lbs with 25.00 per day pet fee. As a result, the entire back portion of our building grounds had to close and has to be rebuilt. There is still no pool, but bids are being gathered, and designs are in the works. There is now new beach stairs, and beach access from the building. This has been a long time coming and we are so excited for this!There are brand new fire sprinklers installed in each unit and pipes along hallway, The ceilings in hallways are open as bids are being gathered for acoustic ceiling replacement, which has been started and expected to be finished middle of May. (Hallway ceilings are completed!) all exterior concrete restoration, new balcony, new paint, new roof and new septic drainage. The unit has been reduced in price to reflect this inconvenience.
