세인트 후베르투스 리조트(Saint Hubertus Resort)

Visited the restaurant for evening meal. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Cocktails by the fire were amazing, as were the numerous snacks/nibbles offered alongside. The dining room was cosy. Food was amazing, steak and fish dishes both excellent. A truly special experience, would definitely return.

Just returned from Saint Hubertus Resort (second time) and once again I think this is a perfect hotel. The location is amazing, the rooms and facilities are top quality and the people are so nice and professional and really make you feel comfortable and ‘at home’. I want to thank Elena and Filippo, Andrea, Gianitario, Maura, Andrea and Max and all the staff. You are the best ! Waiting for our next visit :) Orit

Our family had the most incredible time at St. Hubertus and can't wait to come back! Their exceptional service, outstanding and beautifully-designed accommodations and spa, and spectacular location provided our best ski vacation ever. Our family has stayed in top tier accommodations all over the world and the kindness and patience of the staff, as well as their impeccable attention to detail, contributed to a stay beyond compare. We can be quite challenging to care for, with many special requests and medical needs, particularly after my youngest daughter had a ski accident and needed to have her knee immobilized. The staff arranged a smooth taxi ride to the Aosta Hospital the next morning and graciously adjusted our reservation so that we could stay a few extra days while she recovered. The excellent shuttle service with top notch drivers zipped us quickly around town, to and from the lifts and gondola, delicious restaurants and lovely ski shop, and was the cherry on top of a flawless and worry-free week with gorgeous mountain scenery, phenomenal skiing, sumptuous food, and rejuvenating spa time. Many thanks and bravo to the entire St. Hubertus team!

We went there during summer. There is not much to do in the area. We did not find the hotel particularly family friendly. Furthermore, they charge high prices for mediocre service - restaurant slow, don't understand English well. They charged extra for standard breakfast items that were offered w/o telling anyone. I cannot recommend at all.

A perfect stay at St Hubertus in Cervinia. The service was faultless and the facilities superb. Attentive staff from the moment you walk in - reception staff who remember your name throughout your stay, really great servers from the bar and a driver who will take you the the optimum places on the slopes, delicious breakfasts and unique rooms. Heartily recommend.

We stayed at SHR for February half-term for a family ski trip. The hotel is beautifully interior designed with a great taste, neither too traditional nor too modern, with a lovely balance of Cervenia local character and Alpine resort style . They don't have many rooms in the hotel but most rooms are suites with great size. The whole hotel design really gives a warm and understated boutique hotel feel. The food quality at hotel is top notch and the cocktails are impressive, even though it is a very small bar! The owner (we met the lady) and her team are like a family community, they are very helpful - literally for anything about ski trip arrangement, you could ask them for assistance. Hotel situates on the hill side of the town, although it is only several minutes walk to town centre or cable car station, the hotel still offers frequent shuttle buses for guests, which is so helpful during snow and cold days and saving us to walk uphill with ski gears! The shuttle drivers are so so kind and swift,, we really appreciate it! Grazie mille and we can't wait to come back in next season.

2 family ski trip over the Christmas New Year holiday. The hotel is beautiful and unique. We had a 2 BR apartment which was very spacious, had 2 fireplaces and a small kitchenette. Rooms were impeccably furnished and so thoughtfully done. The hotel feels like a castle solidly built with stone and stucco and beautiful wood trims and floors. Amazing views out the windows of the Matterhorn and surrounding mountains. The hotel is very well staffed with top quality service. So helpful and knowledgeable. They helped with travel transfers, lunch and dinner reservations and even helped us with a doctor and pharmacy. They have a ready and waiting van service which takes you wherever you need to go in town. Short walk back from town if you prefer a stroll after dinner. Breakfast was amazing with bespoke smoothies and coffees. Dinners in the hotel were wonderful with a very nice, reasonably priced wine list. Spa is super with pool, hot tubs, sauna and room to spread out. They also have a fully kitted out gym with weights and cardio. Can't wait to make a return trip.

Simply fantastic to be back!!! We have dearly missed the SHR over the pandemic and were thrilled to be back for a 7 day trip for Christmas 2021. Even before we arrived the standard of service was exceptional. Due to the escalating covid numbers across Europe at the last minute we decided to move our trip 2 days early. The SHR team were immediately on hand re-arranging our room and updating our transfers. Once we arrived, it was like being welcomed back by old friends - the team cannot do enough for you, tickets for the slopes, arranging dinners or lunches, offering helpful suggestions for activities we may like to try. We felt very safe as vaccination certificates etc were checked on arrival. We arrived late in the evening and were keen to get skiing early the next day. It was no problem for them to give us a lift to the ski hire shop, then we could go straight to the slopes and they would collect our shoes from the hire shop. Each morning the breakfasts were fabulous. Andrea and the team were always on hand with more coffee or hot chocolates for the kids. We stayed in apartment 6, which was a two bed suite with 2 bathrooms and it faces the Matterhorn. There was plenty of space and good cupboards for all your ski gear. Each day it was spotlessly cleaned and the bathrooms were excellent. In the evenings we really enjoyed having a drink in the bar. Its a really relaxing space and they serve very nice snacks. We ate dinner in the hotel 3 or 4 times. It is a treat- really fantastic!! Jean Maria and Andrea both really helpful in choosing wines and recommending dishes. They were also happy to adapt dishes that would suit children. We also had their gala dinner on Christmas Day, which was a wonderful experience. The SPA is superb. My wife had a treatment and thought it was first class! Above all else, it's the people that make SHR. Over the years there have been many familiar faces which says a lot for the management. Thank you to all the SHR Team and Elena and Federico for a wonderful stay, it has been everything we hoped for and can't wait to return!!

Luxury hotel, ma di un lusso pacato, un’atmosfera calda casalinga, tutto realizzato in materiali ecosostenibili, pietra, legno. Le camere sono immense ben rifinite e complete di tutto, anche angolo cucina nascosto con lavastoviglie e microonde. Abbiamo soggiornato d’inverno mentre nevicava, l’atmosfera con il camino acceso in camera era veramente natalizia. Un lode va a tutto il personale, da quello di sala, la reception, la Spa e agli autisti delle navette, per la gentilezza e la professionalità.
