Good location Right next to the ski lift. Rooms were bit small and poor TV channels but a great shower,bed and breakfast.

This hotel was perfect for our family skiing holiday. The hotel is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the main gondola lift allowing immediate access to the higher slopes and Zermatt. There is a ski hire shop in the hotel - super easy. The rooms are lovely - modern and clean with lots of storage space and great bathrooms. The bar/lounge area is nicely furbished and a lovely comfy place for afternoon tea or a pre-dinner drink. For us the highlight was the food. The breakfast will suit everyone with a huge range of hot and cold choices. The dinner was amazing!! The antipasti buffet was extensive, varied and far exceeded our expectations. Choices for pasta and meat courses - we were never disappointed. All of the staff were helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Hotel rooms and facilities are great. Modern room great WiFi comfy bed warm and cosy. Room was also quiet. Bar was great lively atmosphere good beers. Food is a let down. Breakfast was ok and the buffet was too. Main courses and pasta pretty poor. They offer quantity not quality Should be straight forward to fx they just need a good experienced chef Access . To town was ok although bit of a hill climb back. Location to the lifts was as good as it gets without ski in ski out Boot room great. For groups and people who are not 5 star it was good value for money Could be soo much better if they just sorted out the food

Good location for the ski lifts 100m walk. The shower cubicle in my room was very dirty around the base . The food was very disappointing, very basic school dinnerish . Breakfast choice was aimed at brits . No nice hams and cheese or local breads. Sliced bread only. I expected more having skied for more than 40 years I have seen a lot of ski hotels

We really enjoyed our time staying at this hotle. The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. The food was plentyful, with a buffet breakfast and a four course evening meal which was delicious and filling. We also had free wine and soft drinks at the table. The room was always warm and spacius and was cleaned on a regular basis and towels replaced. Our room overlooked the mountains and it is a beautiful view. The bar area has plenty of room and drinks prices are reasonable and was perfect for family card games in the evening. The onsite ski hire shop is a bonus, not having to carry your skis across town is a god send. The ski hire sop staff were very helpful and cheerful, my boots had a little bit of foot slippage in them and the next day they found me a pair which fitted perfectly, theski hire staff were always there morning and evening to assist in ny issues you may have encountered with your equipment on the mountain. It is only a one minute walk to the gondala which takes you to the main start point of the ski area. I would not hesitate in booking this hotel again, all our family had an amazing time and the ski resort itself is fantastic.
