Fantastic hotel. Beautifully presented rooms with balconies. The staff went to great lengths to accommodate our needs of having one guest with Coeliac Disease requiring a very strict gluten free diet to the exclusion of any chance of cross-contamination within the kitchen, together with a fellow guest who was Vegan and who also has a peanut allergy. Full marks to the catering staff who managed to achieve this with aplomb and the waiting staff also who were able to explain how our requirements had been accommodated and explain each meal when served at the table. Very helpful front-of-house staff with excellent spoken English and for who nothing was too much trouble. Italy is so very good for those with Coeliac Disease, but this hotel went above and beyond expectations!

Service was excellent. Especially Mohammad, he remembers all our coffee and drink preferences! The room was spacious enoigh, with a beautiful balcony and view. The location was excellent too, just 5 min walk to the ski lifts and cable cars. Highly recommended!

Fantastic ski hotel in the heart of the village. Modern rooms, fantastic breakfast and excellent staff- especially Wolfgang, Tatiana and Fillipo. We stayed with friends here and could not recommend highly enough. Will definitely return. A1+++++

We stayed at this hotel for seven days as part of our hiking trip from STS Alpenresor. Cervinia is a small village and the hotel is located in the middle of it. The goods - Bars and restaurants immediately outside the hotel. - Supermarket is less than five minutes walk from the hotel. - Recently renovated. - Easy access to hiking trails. - One of the best value wine menus I have every encountered. Quality wines with low prices. - 7th floor suite with a huge balcony was a killer. The bads - Not all rooms are good ones. Ours friends had a room for four at the third floor. Small room, poor views. - The breakfast and starters in the dinner were good, but the main courses were average. - No A/C. You do not typically need it, but it was +35C July and it took a long the room to cool down in the evening. However, this was a great stay. If we ever return to Cervinia, this hotel is a potential alternative for us.

In posizione sulla via centrale è un hotel completamente rinnovato e veramente molto accogliente. La camera è improntata per un confort assoluto, ha un letto con un materasso comodissimo dotato di tre cuscini. Il personale della reception, il direttore, il personale in sala ed maitre Lucio sono persone estremamente gentili e professionali. La cena ha un menù molto valido. La colazione è varia ed i prodotti sono veramente di qualità e poi è consigliatissimo a colazione il waffle del direttore sign. Meyer, una delizia!

A Cervinia per la Coppa del Mondo di sci abbiamo soggiornato il weekend in questo hotel : struttura rinnovata di recente, camere ampie, particolari curati al massimo e pulizia perfetta. LA posizione dell'hotel poi è strategica : all'inizio della via principale, quindi comodissimo per tutto. Il personale, a partire dall'accoglienza, molto gentile, disponibile e preparato; abbiamo anche avuto modo di provare il ristorante ed il livello è molto alto. Il menu è ottimo con diversa scelta, tutto è andato oltre le nostre aspettative; è un hotel 3 stelle, ma sicuramente per la struttura / servizi / ristorazione merita anche 4 stelle. Complimenti!!!
