Let me start off by saying this is a FANTASTIC hotel and AMAZING place to stay in Brenzone. My gripes are minor, the hotel has clearly got different chamber staff working different days and you could tell when our rooms were made up they were slightly different, not enough to mark a hotel down but… It’s a four star hotel I’d expect the teabags and used cups to be switched everyday, unfortunately they weren’t and if you left your beach towel anywhere but the airer outside they took it away ( I brought it in because we had rainfall for two nights) I do wish they offered more in Cafè Peler too as you don’t always wish to go upstairs for food. And lastly which ISNT the hotels problem but it’s quite a distance in the heat from the bus stop from Garda when checking in or out, this again HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL I’M JUST POINTING IT OUT GOR OTHER TRAVELLERS NOW THE GREAT STUFF The breakfast is amazing, plentiful and varied from fresh honeycomb to granola to Prosecco to custard filled doughnuts it’s honestly amazing and the view whilst eating it is TO DIE FOR. the use of kayaks and paddle boards is amazing because they’re free, the hot tub gym and swimming pool are excellent. There are MORE than enough sun loungers and deckchairs to sit in and nothing was too much hassle for the brilliant reception staff. I would also like to single out Sebastian Francesco Bianca Three top grade employees who made our stay here even better. We will definitely come back to du lac

We stayed only 1 night at Hotel du Lac but absolutely loved it. The location is incredible, quiet, right at the lakefront with amazing views. The hosts were incredible helpful and nice. The rooms are beautifully decorated with air conditioning and full black out blinds. Breakfast was amazing, right on the water front, a full spread of everything one could need. The beachfront is grass lawn and pebbles and there is a jacuzzi (adults only).

Beautiful setting, right on the lake. Good air-conditioning, decent breakfast with freshly squeeze orange juice. Kind staff. All I am looking for a four star hotel. We only spent one day there, but spent 24 hours pretty much in the hotel, and it was a great success.

The hotel is in a beatiful location. The problem was that the hotel manager/boss changed our rooms arbitrarily during the holiday.

They don’t care about animals! I was chilling with my bicycle. I found in front of this hotel a seagull with a broken wing. I stopped to give the poor bird some food. The manager there got mad at me because he cares for the cleaning more than this poor creature. I told him I will clean it myself..but let me give him food.. he got more angry and asked me to stop giving him food..I cleaned and asked him where can I give him food.. he said away from here.. he used italian curse words and was very aggressive.. a place that does not care for animals would not care for humans.. I have been giving this poor bird food since I arrived here two days ago and I am worried for him a lot to end up in such a place without food. I tried to tell him this poor creature is starving and more important than cleaning but he was even more mad.. I am sorry that there are such heartless human beings.. do not support this place!

The hotel is situated in a quiet area on the edge of the lake. There is a bus stop a short walk away where you can get to the busier areas for only a few euros each. The staff at the hotel were excellent and we could not fault the service. We ate at the hotel most evenings where the menu changed on a daily basis. I used the wellness area and had two massages during our stay Would definitely stay there again
